Uninor / Telenor — fraud:person took money on the name of setting up a tower

We wanted to inform you that a person took money from us on the name of setting up a tower in my area (Samsa, begusarai, bihar) he asked us to deposit 50000 rs to a defined account number on 1st september'2017, which we did and post then that he is not picking our call.
Note: we have a tower installed in my premises, taking that as a reference he has contacted us.
Kindly look into this issue, and help us getting the amount recovered.
We also have all the contact numbers and also the account numbers of the person available, which can be shared if asked.
We have also launched an fir against them, and if the issue is not solved on time, i will take it to higher authorities.
