Uninor / Telenor — I am complaining about silly loss of my acc balance due to the some scheme activations that i hadn't done

I am constantly suffering from regular loss from my acc balance due to sum siilly service activations and their renewals that i hadnt activated and also customer executives were not giving the refund to me. On 16th may of 2017 i recharged with 18 rs getting credit of 35 rs. From this their is a loss of 30 rs saying that vas30 charges are cut off but i hadnt activated any scheme. Rs 30 is a big value for me. Please accept my complain and give me the refund. Your unsattisfied customer manges nirwan-[protected]
