Uninor / Telenor — I was getting messages on facebook friend whose mobile no. is [protected]

I was getting wrong type chat messages from facebook freind who has mentioned his no as [protected] which was provided in facebook account of that person. When i was trying to call, this number was not in use for few days now this number is allocated to somebody. I want details of all the previous users of this number so that i can take actions against him.
