Uninor / Telenor — invalid benefit

I have done a recharge of Rs 97 on [protected] which is showing on the website that we will get 250min u2o and 500min to u2u in Rs 97 for 21days but after the recharge cx service says there is no such offer available I have wasted my 2 hours on the phone with 5 different people and no one is ready to help and after 2 hours the person disconnected the call and now unable to reach that cx services number . This is pathetic n worst services n I will escalate the same to consumer that how uninor make people fool and earn money and I will write and show the same on social media and will share the same to every top outsource.
