[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Lapsed Telenor sec balance due to ignorance from Telenor | |||||
My Telenor no is[protected]. I was having approximately t2t 14.5 lakh sec balance & t 2 other 3.35 lakh sec balance till yesterday. I have recharged yesterday via Wai pin 412803 FOFO store to carry forward my previous balance. But due to negligence from your side, I hv loss my total balance as he had falsely recharged to other no. I have followed him up several times, he replied to issue that balance soon but till now I have not received the same. Please kindly do the needful & revert back all my balance asap Was this information helpful? | |||||
