[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Misleading customer via online recharge and not resolving complaint!!! | |||||
Dear sir, i have raised complaint twice to telenor company but not resolved, just closed with saying no enough info. [ infact i have given most of the details they needed for my complaint ] I have recharge using online telenor portal for rs. 129 and according to that i should receive 50000 sec std/ local but received only 25000 sec std/local. The first original complaint number is :[protected] and then second complaint number [protected] on telenor website. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have made online recharge for internet of INR 14 /- for 3 days internet but the same was not become effective.
