Uninor / Telenor — Mobile number Activated to other though it was used by me 2weeks back | |||||
I am using a number from past 4 years. The last call i've received is on 25th november which is exactly 15 dayz back. As the number showing "Emergency calls only" i thought it to be a network issue. On enquiring i come to know that it was deactivated and activated for other person. This is not at all fair and i could show the proof for cal i received at the last. When i contacted customer care they said that the number is not in use for past 90 days. How come this possible as i myself had a call on 25th of November? Now they say that as the number is already activated for some other person it is not possible to get the same back. Certain accounts of mine are provided with the same. The customer service is simply saying that you can go to nearest store and get a new one. But this won't solve my problem right? Was this information helpful? | |||||
