I have recharge today with 80/- at 12:20pmand than made another recharge of 9/-at 12:24pm than i got a msg of internet activation than i have started browsing but the my full talk time has been cut instead of data plan i have asked to customer care they are saying that internet pack was used beforely at 11:59am i can't understand i have no balance at that time but they are saying i am using internet how it's possible how i can browse without balance this is second time they have done like this with me please respected sir take a action on them if not we can't believe on you because this is second time i am giving complaint against uninor and also i loose a hopes on you i can't get any justice

The reply I got from Uninor I.e., they called me and talking with me I explained everything they have saying something I said I can't understand repeat once again they have just cut my call this is reply from them this is really unprofessional

Yes the Uninor giving wase services even though we gave complaint no one has responding I think it's better to leave Uninor and goes for idea I.e., portable change
