Uninor / Telenor — No signal even record available

I have [protected] number. Its working fine but one week ago there is no signal comming i think its network problem but when after switch off and all no signal coming. I contacted to customer care but i suprised they said we don't have the record for this sim. This is not uninor number. They said you visit local seevice center. But in service center executive said you need to contact customer care.

This type of service i never expect from telenor.

I am living in Gajanan nagar A, Kalewadi Phata, Pune. Iam using Uninor simcard, Here from 10-15 days, signals are very poor, not a single line in network. It is totally wastage o[censored]ninor simcard, althoughemployee paying money to get service& having hundreads rupees of balance in simcard, We are unable to make a single call.
