https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/ I made online recharge for telenor.in site of 78 Rs and i received sms "Recharged Failed" 198 customer care saying there is no such scheme. complain email person replied you types wrong number [if number is wrong how wil i get sms from company] appellate-authority.[protected]@telenor.in saying we have not received any such payment [[protected]@telenor.in have sent us success details and said number is wrong] THERE COULD BE WORST RESPONSE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANYONE. all different person giving different reason for same query This has happen second time with me.
