Uninor / Telenor — poor services and advertising recording | |
Dear sir, I am gargy banerji sen, presently residing at nagpur. I purchased a sim of telenor company which started operating from 28th july 2017. Till then i had spoken to them innumerable times about the recording advertisement they provide before connecting my line not only their advertisement but ideas company’s add too. After dnd they keep sending me unnecessary sms too.in case of calling customer care may be after 8 consecutive attempts they pick up once. Even if i doubt whether they have registered the sim in my name or some others because while buying the sim they have taken my finger impression but no other photocopy of my id proof.
