I done recharge of 27 roaming pack in delhi and my card is from maharashtra. it does not working. ...and my balance is deducting on 1.15 rs /min...please refund my balance. ..and call to 198 is disconnecting. ...please give me customer care no in delhi...please give me my money back ...your plan of roming does not working in delhi...please refund my money
