Uninor / Telenor — service activated to my number without my permission

Dear sir,
I got a call from you yesterday at something about 09:30. This is regarding to any cricket service that's why i've not any response about it but still without my permission you had activate service and deducted balance but that time i've no enough balance.
Nest day (Today) i've recharge with 30 rs. And then within % minutes the service has been renewed on my number and again 20 rs. Amount deducted...
Its my humble request to you please deactivate the service and refund my amount at any how.
