[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Service agent and dnd service | |||
At first i applied for dnd services but the way the annoying messages did not stop i thought the service was not activated so i applied again, but after getting aessage that my dnd service is not deactivated i was shocked. Then i called the customer care bihar for further enquiries. The call was received by agent anuradha, she did not even listened the whole problem and shouted that she cannot help me with this as now i have deactivated dnd. The response further also was rude enough. I asked her the number of senior authority she said there is not any person with this designation so i asked her to forward the call to any one higher then she forwarded the call to shalu/salu, i complained her about the previous call, she said she cannot take the complaint but will watch out the next time it happens. I asked her the complain number she again refused it. I regret that people like them are there at the representative extent of the company. I hope i will get further response.
