Uninor / Telenor — sim card was deactivated without my intimation | |||
Hello my name is niraj gurnani my telenor number which is [protected] was deactivate by telenor company without giving prior knowledge for the same, and now when i asked customer care for reactivating my number they are giving excuses that they cannot activate my number again as i was not regularly using/recharging it, this is not a valid excuse/reason, i want my number back, please do take this complaint into consideration and provide me with the process of getting my same number back because i have make this number as my identity in many places, waiting for your positive response or need to take action further.
