[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Sim not swapped from last 4 days | |||
Hi, My sim card has damaged while making it micro. I have visited to my nearest telenor store for swapping the card. They charged me 150 rupees and told me . new sim card will be activate in 24 hours. This is fourth day my sim card not activated. I visite every day to store they are giving me any silli reason like it will take time. You no need to come, the our boys is not filling well he did not carry your document. Today they gives new reason your adhar card is not clear submit new documents. Actually they lost my document and they are just making me fool. Store keeper don't have manners how to talk with customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am recharged 151.20 Rs talk time by telenor.in mob no: [protected].Today at 11.02am, but not added .My ref. no:[protected]G0CNZAQ16.
kindly return back my amount or add the talk time please.
