Uninor / Telenor — telenor not providing new sim with same number on the basis of less calls | |||
Dear sir On 22 march i have lost the sim card with number telenor [protected], i have asked to block the number on 22 march 2018, i have asked all the process to get the new sim with same number, but when i went to telnor shop to get new sim with same number, the store denied that the adhara card is not linked so not able to issue sim and also i have not made enough calls from that number. As per govt rules linking adhara card to number last date is 31/03/2018. So i have time to link the same. But even after assuring that i will provide the adhara the telenor not issuing me the same number, as so may accounts and other are linked to that number. When called to customer care by [protected] the customer care agents made fun of my call, they are very rude to handle the customer. You can check their call records. I need desperately that number. I am ready to provide documents as required. I am calling cc for the same regularly from 28/03/2018 (Mr. Sagar has made fun of my call). They cc agents told me that if telenor shop give the same then you can take. We are not here to give the solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
