Uninor / Telenor — telenor payment successfully done via telenor app but recharge amount not received | |||||
Dear sir, I recharged my no. On 28.09.2017 through telenor app (Android) with 130/- (117/- after cash10 tokel applied) and rs 15/- (Vas). I also recharged my father's mobile through same telenor app with rs130/- (117/- after cash10 tokel applied) on 02.10.2017. But till date no amount is credited to my no. And also my father's mobile neither this amount refunded to my account. This is pathetic service i experienced from telenor very first time. Kindly solve this problem asap. Sir, my sim is deactivated since two months, why I don't know please activate my sim as fast as I want my sim, so please activate my sim very fast my accounts all are in that number and my number is [protected] please activate my sim fast this number is very important to me. .
