Uninor / Telenor — Unfair means of balance deduction and arrogant customer care executive

Sir/Mam,
On 3rd of january, 2017 a VAS service (Hello tune) was activated on my phone number "[protected]" without my knowing or my permission. On 5th of January 2017 i came to know about the VAS service which was wrongly activated on my number. I called the customer care number at 4:27 AM in the morning to resolve the issue. My call was first attended by some customer care executive (don't know his name), i asked him to deactivate the VAS service(which i didn't activate) and refund my money but he said that it was against the company policy .I even asked him to charge me for the 2 days the service was activated and refund the remaining money but he was not able to resolve my issue so i asked him to transfer my call to any of his higher authority so he transferred my call to Mr. Atul Parmar. I told him about all whole scenario again and asked to resolve my issue but he also said that this was against the company policy. Then i asked him to lodge my complain and he bluntly refused to do so. I asked him about the designation he is working on and other details about where i was filing the complain but he said that he was not gonna tell me about those details. I asked him why he wouldn't do so as this is my right if i want to file a complain then he is bound to note down my complain. But again he arrogantly replied that he is not going to file my complain and i can go where ever i want wether it is consumer forum or court. I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful ASAP.
