I am a telenor customer and
My telenor number is [protected]
I am using this number from long time
.
Since 3 months i have not used this sim
.
After 3 months i've recharged it with 60 rupees
.
But without valid reason telenor deducted 30 rupees from my account
.
I've not used my sim from three months
But without my confirmation telenor activated many value added services
.
Which i don't need and deducted money without my consent
.
If i have not used my sim from 3 months it had no balance since then and i have not myself activated any value added services
.
So how can telenor can deduct balance from my account
.
I've tried to contact costumer care but due to poor network call never connects
So speed of data connection is also slow
.
Sir
So i request you to take appropriate action
And deactivate all value added services from my number and please refund money deducted from my account
.
If issue is keeps repeating i have to discard telenor or port the sim to jio
.
Please ensure that this does not happen again in future
.
