[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Updating wrong data | |||
I have bought a uninor SIM in 2011 on my own identity proof. Now my SIM got lost and when I asked them to re issue me new sim of that same number, they are saying it is not registered on my name. How can it be possible when I have only verified my own name during verifucation process all these years. No one is listening to my problem in uninor and not giving me new sim of that same number.
