[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Vas not deactivating

Last month around Jan 20, A VAS Service, HotWorldMonthly, got activated on my number with out doing anything. I tried calling 155223, but it doesn't work. Then I sent an SMS (STOP) to 155223 to deactivate the service. I got options and replied to it. And also got confirmation that the service will be deactivated with in 4 hours, but it never did. And I did send another SMS STOP to 155223 and same thing happened for several times but they never deactivated. Lost nearly 60rs of talktime for this VAS. Neither SMS nor a call to 155223 didn't deactivate the service even after numerous attempts.

Uninor / Telenor Customer Care's response Hi Mohan, your VAS service has been renewed on your number dated 20th January 2016. Therefore, we won't be able to refund your amount now. However, it has been deactivated & you won't be charged any further. Thanks.

same problem to me..but no 1 take care of it..my mobile number:[protected]...am getting mad these dirty calls and sms from uninor...am not doing my work mproperly with nonsence calls and sms
