Uninor / Telenor — Without using cell my balance will cut down

My wife is using cell no-[protected] so many time it will happen in past that without having much use of this no all balance will cut down from cell, so kinldy do needful in this regards, else I will bring this matter to Consumer Education Research Society, Ahmadabad to look in this matter, even I have requested DND for the same, I dont understand without having talk to anyone why my balance will cut down. so for this reason I will not able to put more balance on it and even now i will not use it. so my hubby no is -[protected], Kindly contact at this number,

Updated by bm shah Even i will complaint same about nodal officer about same at cell no [protected], but not getting satisfactory reply on behalf of company.
