[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Wrong balance deduction | |||
Hi...even after continued email and follow-up... I didn't get the solution yet. Amount of RS.131 was deducted on 10th March 2016 while USSD recharge but the recharge was failed for some technical issues as per the displayed message at that time but the amount was not credited yet. I am trying to call 121, 198 but they have blocked my number. I have been told by telenor executives that the deducted balance will be credited to my mobile number account but till the date nothing happened. I have emailed to appellate-authority.[protected]@telenor.in Mr. Eric Wadia, Mobile Number[protected] but i got email that i have to submit bank account details, I am wondered, who can make this foolish understand that the amount was deducted from mobile main account balance and not from bank. My remain free seconds approx 500 minutes have been exhausted due to not recharge. Now.. It is not matter of RS.131...It's matter of cheating and harassment My number is[protected].
