Uninor / Telenor — wrong information about rc by customer care executive

My telenor no [protected] gujarat. I was talk with custmercare executive on date 11/05/18. About roaming rc with inform that "i will go to rajasthan". And for this executive refers me 37rs rc. So i do itself. But while i am in rajasthan today i dont get benifite because of this plane is not for rajasthan as said by your executive miss heena today. What is my mistake that my money lost due to wrong recharge.. Please refund my money as early as possible.

I am using sim [protected] (.) while using the same I am disturbed a lot.
Un-necessary SMS, especially co.plans and co.calls receiving all the time.
already given SMS as DND but no response.
Due to disturbed service requested to convert the number to Idea but no
action taken.

i get same sim no again that sim true caller id also mines satish venum
So please help to get that same no again
