Uninor / Telenor — Wrong plan

I asked their customer executive for a plan for unlimited calling, he told me to recharge with 249 and you will get 300 min per day plus 2gb data per day... After recharging they provide only 25000 seconds (416 minutes) for 28 days. When contacted to customer care they refused to refund and even misbehaved. When complained online, they closed complained without resolving within one hour.

I lost my 249 rupees. Now i am going to port.

I am Praveen my no is [protected] this is the worst service of customer service this main reason I want to change my network from uninor to other service provider.bad customer service and bad network service
