Uninor — Unnecessary deduction of balance from my account | |||
My mobile number is [protected] On 24th January 2015, Uninor company suddenly deducted balance worth Rs.337 from my account. The reason given to me was that "It was charged due to internet use". But At that time my GPRS plan was already activated. After finding their mistake, they noted my complaint giving me the complaint no.[protected]. After 4 days, They have given me solution that as per the system check, their is no extra charges. Then, I have complained again with above reason and the complaint no. given to me is:-[protected]. I was calling them every 2 days, and they always extend their time period telling me that complaint will be solved in two days. Finally, they are telling me that there is no extra charges applied to you and hence complaint is solved. So from 15 days they are completely disturbing me by giving me some non sence and irresponsible reason. Please provide me valid solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
