Union Bank — Misbehavior of employees to customer | |||
Respected concern person, I would like to draw you attention, my name is Hasan Mujtaba belongs to Azamgarh U.P. I visited to Union Bank Mubarakpur Branch and withdrawn 13000 amount from atm machine installed in branch it self.while withdrawing that amount machine dispensed one torn note, then I had a tuch with cashier and cashier treated me in bad manor, he was not ready to accept it might ever happen the same. Finally I reached out to branch manager, he also repeated the same thing and it was not acceptable as a customer. On the daily basis they treat customer in bad manors. I also work with Bajaj Allianz as a customer support executive and we have better under standing how to treat customers. Respect Branch Manager told me if again that kind incident happens in atm machine we will not be responsible for anything. So I would want request you people to put some remindation plan so that customer could be treated as a customer not anything else. I hope soon some action plan would be take place.
