Union Bank Of India — 2000/-rupees Deducted from account while doing transaction from bank of india atm.cash amount of 2000/-i dont get from atm.

I am rashmi kanojiya customer o[censored]nion bank of india.my account no. Is [protected].today i went to bank of india atm to take 2000/-rupees.requested amount of 2000/-rupees i didnt get but in my cell phone message came 2000/-rupees deducted from account.then in same time i have done transaction of 1000/-rupees also.that 1000/-rupees transaction amount i got from atm. But first transaction of 2000/-rupees i dont got it.so please resolve my problem.as proof i am have mini statement of my account and also guard of boi atm.
