Union Bank Of India — Amazon initiated refund and generated refund ID and reference id but yet not received the amount. | |||
I have ordered a tab screen protector (protector 9h Nano flex screen protector for honour pad 5) on 20th March 2021, but it was defective one, I uploaded pictures of the defective screen protector in Amazon. Amazon verified it and accepted refund request against the oder (No - 403 [protected]). Amazon mailed me that they have completed refund process 1st April 2021, but I have not received any refund that reflect on my bank account. Amazon customer service executive told me that it was Blank ends fault. Was this information helpful? | |||
