Union Bank Of India — Amazon initiated refund and generated refund ID and reference id but yet not received the amount.

I have ordered a tab screen protector (protector 9h Nano flex screen protector for honour pad 5) on 20th March 2021, but it was defective one, I uploaded pictures of the defective screen protector in Amazon. Amazon verified it and accepted refund request against the oder (No - 403 [protected]). Amazon mailed me that they have completed refund process 1st April 2021, but I have not received any refund that reflect on my bank account. Amazon customer service executive told me that it was Blank ends fault.

Amazon customer service executive told me that it was Blank ends fault.
