As per amazon the refund is done by them but it's still not credited back in my account. Please find the below details of the transaction via sms from amazon- Refund rs.510 processed. If delayed over 3 days, contact bank with ref # 5186156991646610603077 & auth # 397079. Email from amazon- Your refund of rs.510 has been processed successfully on 2/14/2018.
