It has been informed by union bank of india official that the complaint letter had been forwarded to icici bank (Request submitted by the remitter - mr. Jayanth) on 23.04.2017 for reverse the amount to my account which was wrongly transferred to account no.[protected] instead of[protected] through bhim/upi ref. No.[protected] dated 13.04.2017. I had visited the branch twice but they said that the follow ups should be done by banker end (Icici to union bank of india) and not from the desk/branch.
