Union Bank Of India — Amount initiated but not credited | |
I ordered a product from amazon.in worth Rs.2999/- on 29 september 2021 and it got cancelled on 23 september 2021. so, amount was initiated on 1 october 2021. Then after 5 workings days i contacted the amazon customer care that i haven't received the amount yet so kindly give my money back.after that they investigate and informed me that they already refunded the amount with refund reference number:[protected]. and amazon asked me to file a charge dispute with bank so i filed a charge dispute complaint at my bank complaint number- [protected]. but they dint't take any action its been more than 21 days i haven't received my money yet they are not settling my amount to my account. They are not even listening. i want my money back as soon as possible. I also shared the email I received from amazon.
