[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — amt debited but goods not purchased

Dear sir,
On 16 nov in evening i tried to purchase goods from ebay.in two times amounting 410 each and both the times amount have been deducted from my accounts and the transaction could not be materialised. So, an amount of 820 (410 each) have been deducted from my account for which i had not made any purchase. My customer id is[protected]. And account no is [protected]. Branch is in sherpur delhi -94. Please provide refund for the same.
