Dear Sir, I Sambhu Nath Sarkar, A Senior Citizen. I am account holde of your bank of Ranaghat Branch near Ranaghat College, District: Nadia (West Bengal) Pin Code No.741201. Sir it is stated that only one ATM machin is there which is not working since 8-9 months and for this reason I with so many customer is suffering so many problems. But said machin is as it is still today which is not expectation for the bank. Therefore, humbly request you to look into the serious matter for which the ATM machine will better working position and we will happy to your organisation. Thanks with regardss. As per telephonic discision with employee, he had promised that within 10 days one new ATM machine instead of earlier old machine which will be replace and new machine will start work those long days waiting problem will solved. But the said problem facing till date as on[protected] due to the new machine not yet install.
