Dear sir,
On 02.08.2018 at 07:57 am, i used sbi atm, padra, rewa for the withdrawing purpose of rs. 8000/- from my ubi debit card, but after some processing inside of atm machine, machine got hanged up. However i didn’t receive the money while withdrawing from the atm but my account was debited for rs. 8000/-. After waiting near about 15 minute i left the atm and at that time atm was in hang position.
Following action has been taken after this incident:
1. On 02.08.2018, i call to ubi customer care and told him all incident and he suggest for waiting 24 hours then take action.
2. After 24 hours on 03.08.2018 costumer cares file the complaint (Complain no.[protected] and told me for waiting 01 week.
3. I call again on 16.08.2018 he told me that your complain is rejected and suggest me for fill up pre-attribution form and submit to home branch.
4. I submit the pre-attribution form on 17.08.2018 at home branch (Ubi babaupur, satna).
After above action i am in continues follow up for complain and getting reply again and again “your complain is under process please wait 15 days” since last 04 month.
I regret to inform you that in spite of my several follow-up till date amounts are not credited in my account.
