U-mobile app not working in my apple i phone 6 i have already submitted complaint by mail but still not resolve this issue. For your information i have call to customer but he is not reply properly.

So i humble request to you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Even I am also having the same issue. Please allow this app is compatible for iphone 6 users.
U-mobile app not working in my apple i phone 6 For your information i have call to customer but he is not reply properly.

    I went to union bank of india ranchi doranda branch for collecting my cheque book. I applied it in the month of march, as i am working women so i am unable to visit branch in weekdays that is why i gave a letter to my father for collecting the cheque book but 3 times in may, jun and july my father visited the branch but the employees their said cheque book has not delivered yet today i. E[protected] i visited the branch but unfortunately i was not holding my account number i asked help from one employee named achal over there she asked me for last four digit of my account number i gave her but she denied that the number is incorrect. It was not possible for me to go home and bring the passbook so i requested her to search my account through addhar. She passed the aadhar to some other colleague of her and they all started their gossips, laughter and ate my 5-10 mins. I again asked achal can u now help me out she said go there and get your account number. I did and found that the last four digit i previously gave to her was correct so i went and asked i gave you the right number but you denied instead of accepting her fault she started arguing and unnecessarily shouting that you should bring your account number its your fault you don't remember your account number, i am not sitting here to give you account number which was really unethical. This was not enough 3 more female staff came and started arguing that you have applied so early and coming so late but that was not the matter i sent my father 3 times on behalf of me. I was really disappointed with the customer service provided by union bank of india doranda branch.

    mai union bank of India ki khajrana branch mai apna online account opening form submit krne gaya tha or maine usmai aadhar card or pan card ki copy lagai thi par waha mujhse ek or address proof lane ko bola gaya unka bolna h k aadhar card address k liye consider nhi kar sakte

      Sir i have posted to udhampur from pulgaon on 03 oct 17 which comes under mumbai region but i had paid ra 1800/- infavour of kv pulgaon on 05 oct 17 at 12.03pm infavour of master harshavardhan k against unique identification no [protected] and transaction no jsbi[protected] for third quarter oct to dec 17 instead o[censored]dbampur region. On 06 oct 17 again i had paid rs 1825/- paid against my son harshavardhan k infavour o[censored]dhampur no 1 /j&k against unique identification no [protected] of transaction no jsm[protected] for same quarter which is oct to dec 17. So please refund rs 1800/-.

        kv fee refund

        Sir i have paid 1800 rupees fee of kv of dumdum on 6/11/2017 at 2.58 pm for the 3rd session, october, november and december. But due to some problems the payment happened twice and both transactions are successful. So total amount of 3600 rupees have been paid. Sir i'm requesting you to refund 1800 rupees in my account. The unique id of my son is [protected]. His name joyjit das, section c, class 5, roll 20....

To deposits our cash but he is operating his mobile nd after 10 min closed the counter nd start the lunch. After so many request hi denied to deposits the cash. Then after i'm requesting to branch maneger for this miss behaviour but branch maneger don't any action aginest the employe mr awneesh kumar singh. Nd all staf[censored]sing the moblie phone in bank on duty nd specialy in cash counter plz take the action for this miss behaviour. Nd inform me. The 3rd season oct, nov, dec. And both transactions are successful. So bank took the fees twice from us. So i'm requesting you to refund any one amount among the two transaction as early as possible.             The worst service had a talk with ravindra singh of customer care employee he dont know to handle the client and to talk and they cut the money without the transaction and for my money i have to call again and again to register the complain because of your system problem and i have to wait for 45 days as a begger after the complain also for my money to refund, such a long time to solve the complain and refund the customer money

              Dear sir,
              I tried applying for an exam (Aiims) on[protected] of 800/- cost through my debit card [protected]. For the first time after all the process of payment we're filled and otp also entered but transaction showed an error. I again tried the other day and the same thing happened but the payment was not done and money got debited 800/- at a time and in total 1600/- got debited. Kindly look in to the issue

              Sir, I had tried online transaction for applying aiims exam twice through my debit card [protected] with 800 /- each time then money got debited from my account but the payment was not successful .total of 1600/- kindly look in to this issue.

                I have withdraw 10000 using sbi. Card in union bank atm nebsarai 30/09/2017 and note disburse by machine one 2000/ in torn condition i have immediately contacted union bank customer care. She is advice to contact bank. I have contacted 3/10/2017 after holidays to bank manager neb sarai ignou road new delhi 30 once he has refuses. After my request he has deposit the 2000rupees note along with letter but no reply 5/10/2017 kindly help and issue suitable instruction to bank such cases

                  I have deposited rs. 35, 000/- on 04/10/2017 into an atm machine located at shimpoli road, borivali (West) branch, mumbai. But, unfortunately machine gave me a print stating "cash retracted, inconvenience is regretted. Kindly contact branch" and i did not got credit for the same. I have filed a complain with branch and they asked me to wait till next 10 working days. I was suppose to send this money to my family member due to some medical emergencies at my native place on 05/10/2017. The whole incident was notified immediately without any delay on a very next day of incident. Union bank must resolve such queries on a war edge. Why we should wait for their 10 working day's analysis & auditing as any amount deposited into the bank have some connection with their routine life.

                  Totally disappointed with the services o[censored]nion bank of india.

                      UNION BANK OF INDIA.
                      I have a home loan account. Number - [protected] in Union Bank of India, Saifabad branch, Hyderabad.

                      I have requested for Electronic Fund Transfer 3 months back. I also submitted a cancelled cheque as per the bank requirement.

                      The bank people said the atomatic transfer will be done from next coming month. Already two months gone. Even now I am getting the message to transfer amount. I already went several times to bank about this.
                      Till now, it is not activated. I am paying cash manually.

                      Kindly look into the problem and solve it ASAP.

                        Myself rajesh kumar jha having account in your bank from last 11 years. My account no is [protected]. I have big issue from your bank or specially your branch which is in jaipur at jawahar circle, malviya nagar ssi branch. I was withdrawal 1000 rupee on dated 4.9.2017 in evening from union bank atm but in my account rupee was dabited but i did not get money. For this tranjection, tranjection id is s18167886. After 2 min. Ago i was again withdrawal 1000 rupee and this time i get my money, tranjection id is s18175754. On dated 5.9.2017 i was called to customer care o[censored]bi for this matter. Customer care executive give me complaint no. 60707642 and said me your problem will be resolve with in 7 days. After 9 days i was again called to your customer care for this issue but again executive said me your problem will be resolve with in 3 days. After 5 days i again called your customer care than your executive said me that your application is reject from branch so contact to branch. On dated 27.9.2017 i was went to my branch at jaipur jawahar circle for this issue. I was filled a form for this issue. Today i call to at my branch for my money, your branch officer say me you have money so you are wrong or fraud, we can not help you.
                        Please help me for this matter, i m busy for your reply. Thanks

                        Sir I have account in union bank of india at jaipur jawahar circle ssi branch. I withdrawal 1000 rupee from same bank ATM on 4.9.17. my account dabit 1000 rupee but I did not get money. Second time I again withdrawal 1000 and I got money. After complain in customer care, after 15 days they say contact to your branch. In beach, bank officer saying you had got 1000 money and now you are loeing. These officer not giving any help while they want to I m forget my money. Please help me for further action. I m attaching my statement of 4.9.17, which is showing tranjection ID for both of tranjection. Thanks with regards.

                            I made a transaction on 18/09/2017 at pos terminal of rs 139.24 which was a void sale and also got the amount refunded on the same date but again it was debited on 26/09/2017 against that transaction. I also complained about it from customer care and home branch but not got the satisfactory response from them. Kindly resolve the promblem.                               Actually i transferred money through bhim app on 26.09.2017. When i was asked to enter aadhar no. I entered the aadhar no. Which corresponds to my sbi account. The amount of rs 5000/- deducted two times amounting total of rs. 10, 000 vide bhim app transaction id[protected] and[protected]. But the amount is not deposited to any of my beneficiary's account. Hence, i request u to kindly consider my case and either the amount be transferred to my sbi account or be refunded to my ubi account vide no. [protected]. Name-praneet kumar das

                              No resolutions yet I had complained on 04.10.2017. Already complained to the home branch regarding this matter but still I have not get the debited amount. I am enclosing the status of both the transactions for reference.

                                We are dealing with your bank exclusively since 1986 and presently having current account in the name of m/s bajrangbali trading co., mandi gobindgarh with your branch at motia khan, mandi gobindgarh. We are engaged in import of steel scrap from various countries. Normal service charges were being levied till 2015.
                                Documents in r/o of few import shipments have been received through your bank recently, however, ubi, has levied excessive collection charges whereas other banks e. G. Yes bank, hdfc bank, axis bank are levying nominal charges[ lump sum ] irrespective of the amount to be remitted against import documents. Due to levy of excessive charges, your customers are being compelled to transact their import transactions through other banks.
                                In view of the above, i request you to look into the matter and provide relief to the customers and reduce your charges to the level at par with other commercial banks.
                                Your immediate response shall be highly appreciated.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is with reference to my nri account [protected] held with your ubi ghosi branch. During my recent visit to india last month, i have noticed in my account statement that between 09 september to 18 september there has been several debits from my account. These debits are totalling to inr 1, 41, 218/- (Approximately) and there are few reversal entries totalling to inr 34, 874/- (Approximately).

                                    I hereby confirm that these entries have neither been initiated nor has been executed by me. I therefore request your kind self to consider this email as my complain/dispute request for these transactions and do the needful in returning the amount to my account. I also request your kind self to deactivate my debit card if in case the debit card is used in these fraudulent transactions.

                                    Please revert in case any document is required from my end in order to expedite this case. Shall be awaiting for your kind update on this case.
