रुड़की (Pin 247667) के union bank klp ब्रांच (Ifsc code-ubin0554492) में atm मशीन को बैंक के अंदर रखा गया है, जिसके कारण उपभोक्ता केवल बैंक के कार्यिक घण्टो में ही atm का उपयोग कर पाता है, जबकि बैंक को atm को 24 घण्टो के लिए उपलब्ध कराना चाहिए, इस वजह से यंहा उपभोक्ता काफी परेशान रहते हैं। अतः आपसे निवेदन है कृपया इस समस्या का हल करवाइये।

    The Bhim repeatedly gives the message " sim details do not match the details registered on the App. Tap OK to verify your mobile no by SMS." However, no SMS is ever received. Only the circling continues indefinitely. What is the remedy pl. PL NOTE THAT MY MOB NO REGISTERED IS [protected].

      I am a student in philippines since my parents want to transfer money from union bank of india to my account in philippines and its a new procedure for them the employee there are so rude that they don't want to help instead they are asking for the details which is the responsibility of bank employee to fill. They are making us run again and again and not asking the required details and documents at once. I expect after this complaint there will be a change in their behavior else we need to take a strong step against the person.

        I try to book a train on irctc.com and they debited 377rupes but the train is not booked. I got a message that i will get my cash back but till now i didn't get it. My transactions id is [protected].

          Dear sir/madam
          I would like to imform you that my father is a customer o[censored]nion bank of india.
          Last 22nd of september 2017, he was going for a transaction through sbi atm machine located here in sun city road, near apurva medical store, anand nagar, pune.

          He entered the amount of rs 10, 000/- but the machine replied as "request time out"...

          After 15 minutes he checked his balance amount of his account...
          But the amount was debited by his account...

          We have submitted the complaint on the same day at both the banks i. E. State bank of india and union bank of india...

          Sbi replied that there is no such amount in his account...
          Now. Ubi is not responding me properly...

          So please help me for this...

              I, jitin goyal s/o. Sh. Kailash goyal advocate, is doing business in name of satyam enterprises. Located at rori gate, scoutt chowk, sirsa 125055 haryana.

              And we holds current account in name of satyam enterprises, saving bank accounts in my name and in name of my family members, loan accounts also in my name in union bank of india, sirsa main branch from a very long period and we apr performing a fair & legal bank transactions and holds a good financial goodwill and also holds sound goodwill in business market and in the society.

              Sir, during the demonetisation period one of the staff members misbehaved and used abused words to me and my father in the bank branch, in support i give written complaint against the misbehave / to the bank manager mr. Sun khusre, (Complaint letter dated : 21.11.2016) and he assured me to solve the matter on basis of priority.

              But regret to say that the matter was unsolved, and in support, i asked bank manager for the solution with the support of rti act, vide registration no : rochandigarh/r/2016/00004 registration date : 29/11/2016 01:22:59 pm. But regret to say that thye bank staff threatned me with the help of an un identified person to withdraw the complaint and rti application else the result will be negative, then i informed police department regarding the threatning calls received by me to widthdraw the complaint and rti apllication.

              Sir, one of the senior bank official of the bank branch tried to solve and compromise the matter but he failed to do so, and he felt guilty on behalf of bank staff who done a mistake.

              After that the same bank staff directly / indirectly misbehave, creating problem, with me and my father in banking. And we are facing unnecessary harrashments in the union bank of india bank, sirsa branch.

              Sir, you can verify the facts of the staff member: madam amruta from the former bank manager: sh. Susheel kalia ji, what kind of behaviour she performs with the bank consumers.

              Due to regular harashment, i again filed a rti application seeking information / solution on my previous submitted complaints, on 08.08.2017. The rti application was sent by me with the help of india post service.

              But, i received a phone call on my mobile no.[protected] from santosh kumar, manager union bank of india from the bank official landline phone no[protected] on 14.08.2017 time : 02.00 pm he asked me to meet him in his office just now, then i approached bank branch at 02.18 pm, but bank door was locked, then i re dial on the same number of the bank and the phone received said me that this is now the lunch time, and advised me to come at 03.00 pm, then i returend back to my office, and then again i received a phone call gain from the bank official landline no.[protected], at 02.47 pm. And asked me that you can come now. And meet bank manager santosh kumar without any delay.

              Sir, i approached alone in the bank branch to meet bank branch manager: - mr. Santosh kumar : there all bank staff was present in the cabin of manager, except 2-3 members :
              Bank manager started speaking in तेज़ आवाज़ में, तेरी हिम्मत कैसे हुई ये कंप्लेंट करने की, और ये rti application लगाने की,.
              He also threatned me to see me and my father and bank manager used abused words (गंदी गाली गलौच की) with me and for my father.
              Also he blamed that i am involved in fake currency notes business and also forced bank staff to deposit black money in third party account during demonetisation period and he is recommending for vigilance enquiry against me and my father. (Sir, the ellegation imposed by the bank manager and bank staff is totally baseless and false ellegation)

              मान्यवर, बॅंक मॅनेजर ने मुझे डराया और धमकाया की अगर मैने ये कंप्लेंट and rti application वापिस नही ली तो मुझे गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने पड़ेंगे., तू और तेरा बाप जो क़ानून दिखा रहे हो, उसी में तेरे और तेरे बाप को दफ़ना देंगे. किसी को पता भी नही चलेगा - और मुझसे ज़बरदस्ती एक कोरे काग़ज़ पर मुझसे कंप्लेंट वापस लेने का लेटर साइन करवा लिया. तू और तेरा बाप जो क़ानून दिखा रहे हो, उसी में तेरे और तेरे बाप को दफ़ना देंगे. किसी को पता भी नही चलेगा. और बॅंक मॅनेजर ने मुझ पर बॅंक परिसर में ज़बरदस्ती. 2 घंटे तक मुज पर दबाब बनाया जो सरासर क़ानूनन ग़लत है.

              मान्यवर ऐसे किसी नागरिक का क़ानूनी आधिकार का बॅंक मॅनेजर द्वारा गला दबाना, कौन से क़ानून में दर्शाया गया है.

              मान्यवर, मैं बॅंक मॅनेजर द्वारा किए गये इस प्रकार का कृत्या से सदमे में हूँ और मैं अपने आप को अपमानित महसूस कर रहा हूँ. और अगर इस कारण मुझे कुछ हो जाता है तो इसकी पूर्णा ज़िम्मेदारी बॅंक मॅनेजर संतोष कुमार की होगी.

              So, i request you to please conduct a proper investigation in this matter in favour of justice.

              Bank manager also thretened me that if i did not withdraw the complaint and rti apllication, he will kill me and my father, he also said that he is from gorakhpur (Uttar pradesh) and he can do.

              Bank mager santosh kumar is a criminal minded person and union bank is supporting him. Besides a proper enquiry

                Respected ma'm/sir,

                My name is shrinivas chandrasekharan and i have availed a mortgage loan of 15 lakes from your esteemed bank under the loan account [protected].

                I have been reeling under extreme financial constraints due to my parents death inthe recent past and additional responsibility of taking care of my twin daughters. However i was trying hard enough to ensure my account doesn't get into npa since dats the home where my parents breathed their last.

                The reason, i am escalating this to your notice is because i am being literally threatened by the velachery manager raj kumar and his assistant hari krishna to clear my three months overdue stating they will take repossession of my ancestral home. I have been trying to make them understand the emotional quotient attached to my home and assurances of me clearing the over due soon, but has not stricken any bells to them.

                I had made a payment which was less by 5000 of emi amount last month august 2017 leading to my account into npa and i suffered a mild attack due to the stress i had to undergo leading to not able to arrange the balance of 5000. my wife was informed the next day that they have paid the balance rs.5000 to save my account from npa but was threatened with representatives sent to my home to collect the rs.5000 paid by mr. Hari krishna from his personal account. I am indebted to the favour and humane gesture he did and repaid as well and thanked him for the help. The cash of rs. 5000 was collected by another agent representing your bank on september

                However, for this month september emi, i made a payment of rs.35, 000 bearing hdfc cheque 000146 dated september 22nd 2017. Despite that mr. Raj and mr. Hariskrishna have gone to my home and during our absence have threatened my neighbour of sticking notice of npa at my home.

                While availing the mortgage loan i had informed of having rented my home and now i am being threatened it is against your policies. I request you very earnestly it has never been a thought of mine to cheat your esteemed consumers depositing in your supreme bank but now the way i am being treated is leading me to believe of me being a failure in life.

                Request you to get your focus on few maligned people trying to bring loss and reputation earned all these years by your bank with utmost sincerity and clarity of senior employees. They both are disgrace and are acting as cheap collection agents who have already raised couple of npa in the last three months where mr. Raj threatened me of takin custody like how he did for three of your clients in the month of july and august.

                I have a strong feeling of me taking the heat of raising this issue to you and will loose my ancestral home. But i am ready to get on to that, because of i am ready to end my life though my twin daughters becoming fatherless but few irresponsible people projecting wrong notions of your esteemed concern.

                I am aware of few of your clients who are not repaying appropriately but are let loose due to their monetary weitage and influence they have with your bankers and middle class socialised sector are being penalised.

                There has been not a single instance of requiring a support from legal freterneties irrespective o[censored]niformed services or lawyers till date as i am. God fearing pious human. Request you to please let me know what is the best is can be done on a humanitarian concern.

                  My self raushan kumar used pnb atm atm id-n9039400 at khetan market, patna, bihar on 23.09.2017 at 14.52 amt rs. 10000. At that atm after i enter amount and pin the process starts light was switch off. So i have no received money. I have deducted money from my account actually i do not got my money. Kindly find attachment and check transaction no 3932 attachment statement. This is really bad experience for me and, please refund my money.

Branch staff is also not co-oprate with us. And one more thing what is the working time of banking hours. They open the branch after 10.45. Kindly look into the matter & reply me as soon as possible.

Then visit to drawer and drawee bank. I further deposit cheakno 003870 at union bank tamluk br on 15/09/2017 for near of state bank of india, abasbari, tamluk (Drwerr). But no result tilldate.                           I am very disappoint with the way your bank is treating with me after such fraud has happen in my account. As i have not done ant transaction on 15th sep 2017 still its showing as atm withdrawal which is fraud which has taken place in my account.
                          I have given written complain on this monday 18th sep morning 11:30am now today is thursday there is no action taken
                          From your department till date apart from marking mail. This is not kind of service expected from your bank on which we trust and keep our money thinking its safe to keep in your account.
                          Today when i have called manager of mulund branch he say we cant do any further verification apart from marking mail. Is this a way bank manager works? He also told me we can't do much you can do whatever you want to do. I told him if you can't do give me letter i can go to police station. He has refused to give that also, i have lost rs.11000 on 15th sep and bank is no where concern to support me to get my money back.
                          I tried calling bank in mulund branch [protected] they are helpless and your department ciso [protected] no one pick up call.
                          I am fed-up and not getting any proper response from your department.
                          Fraud has taken place in my account and you all are not showing any courtesy to get my money back.
                          I am hoping to get support from you soon or else i don't have any option to go to police & media for getting help.

When i was went to print account passbook at 3:35pm at the branch o[censored]nion bank, named adarsh mandi sthal, pilibhit road, bareilly, u. P. The bank gaurd was not open the door and behaiving very badly.in this branch, account of my family since 1996. Nd also the staff have salary accounts of mandi parishad in this branch. So many times this garud person do the misbehave with many of officers nd mandi staff.
                              I highly apologize to u that take him a strong action otherwise mandi department takes the legal action against this garud of branch.

                                I've opened my account in union bank of india, my account has been successfully opened but they are not giving my passbook.
                                They are saying that first i will get a letter from their main branch of bombay, i have to take that letter to them, and they will give me my pass book.
                                But 20 days are over and i do not get any letter or message.

                                  Here i am very disappointed with your services regarding online banking.

                                  On 15.09.2017, i was applied for transaction password through my online view internet banking and thereafter one reference number of bluedart courier service provided from your side and reference number was 128834 but till the date i was not received any courier from your side.

                                  And now when i am logging to view my online account it was shown to change my txn password but how could be i able o change it without receipt any password from your side

                                      I deposited rupees 2000 in machine date:-28/08/2017 time 12:31 machine is accepted my money and also given recept but still my bank account in not credit my 2000 rupees. I given application in written with money recipe but still not credit refund in my bank account bank executive said that time your money is refund in 1 week 7 to 8 working days but still not refund so please i request speedy do refund process and refund my money in my account.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        Myslef dr. Dinanath k gaur lade i used indicash atm at phoolpur varansi uttarpradesh on 06.09.2017 amt rs. 2000/-. At that atm after i enter amount and pin the process starts but i cant able to recieve my money. I have deducted money from my account actually i dont got my money. This is really bad experience for me and, please refund my money.
