I am shyamal, was to issue an e-ticket for the train no. 12364 on 25.04.2017 for journey on 30.04.2017 from new jalpaiguri to kolkata for which the fare was shown as tranferred rs. 21150 to irctc account against paytm mobile sol/61191840/train but, the irctc has shown as transaction failed and ticket has not been issued. My account no. Is [protected] and ifsc ubin0554812. Kindly arrage for making the amount credited to my account as early as possible.

    I Vinay Kumar Gupta S/o Devi Prasad residency Village and Post Jakhini- Varanasi- UP 221305.
    Once on dated 19.05.2016 had applied for a “ Khadi Gram Udyog” banking loan vide letter number 218-19 for the purpose of business of Tent House to our nearest Union Bank of India Branch, Jakhini Varanasi, IFSC Code UBIN0541672.
    Since then till now Branch Manager Mr. Abhisekh Singh giving date only, we are very poor and no have any job or business.
    We are fedup with the behavior of BM along with entire family, we are 4 brother and 4 sister and parents also but there were not a single source of the income.
    As per other staff of the Bank my loan has been section but due to personal intension BM not releasing our loan, asking for 10 percentage of the loan amount, but we are unable to provide the same.
    Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and kindly help us out from this problem since long back.
    Now bankers informed us that scheme have been passed, if date passed then where we are wrong

      I have visited to UBI Branch manewada Nagpur for depositing of my son kv fees on dt 20/4/17 which the female cashier deposited but when I asked for the change of Rs 2000/- she denied though having sufficient change. For this matter I have approached to bank manager he also not behaved well.

        I have visited many times to local branch bharatpur of not geting any sms on my mobile number but regular charg e is being deducted for a/c no [protected], thereby today visited the branch and branch told to contact toll free number [protected]. Today toll free operator told that facility is extended but no mobile registered and ask me to meet in branch. Branch says there is no issue so I ggiven application for deactivation.
        You are requested to refund the deducted amount so far on name of sms facility for that your branch failed to provide the service.
        Similar issue is with other my account [protected], service is activated but not relieving any sms

          Our current a/c no. Is [protected] is presently under operation with the moti bagh new delhi-110023 branch. This is a corporate current account for the ncngn unit of m/s bharat sanchar nigam limited. An application along with the resolution copy was submitted with the branch manager for corporate login and transaction passward.
          This has been made available in a very shoddy manner by keeping a kind of customer id which opens 100 number of current accounts of various unit of bsnl and default ceiling is upto rs.10 lac for rtgs anf rs. 5lac for same bank. This has been requested to enhance the limit as well correction in the exclusive id for the particular account on[protected] and have contacted in r. O office someone named prem ranjajan but all futile till date. Pl resolve the issue.

          Sir, I have check book from last two months. Process complete for check book but does not respond from our bank branch for my check book
          Officers is not updating my mobile number and email ID, i have requested 3 times for the same and i have submitted a request letter too. but on an result i did not get anything on reply. they were just keeping me in hold that they caught busy somewhere else.

            Good morning sir,

            This is to let you know that my wife's brother (D uday kumar) is studying engineering first year and he got a scholarship $277 cheque from one of the nri trust in the month of december 2016.

            He deposited that $277 cheque in union bank (Kavali branch) on 05/12/2016. But some how till date (25th of april 2017) the cheque was not cleared and amount was not credited in his acount. Uday kumar visited branch multiple times requesting about the clearence of cheque and he keep getting answers from bank personal that "initially they sent this check to some south side of india and it got return and again they send it to north side of india and said it will be deposited by may 1st week".

            Our problem is i think cheque will be expired in the month of may 2017. If that expires i think the scholarship amount is gone.

            Request you to look in to this on high priority. Because $277 (Approx. 18000 rupees) is very big amount and with so difficulty he was selected for scholarship. Hope you understand the importance of the above situation. Please do e-mail or call me so that i will help you better about the above situation

              I, hina chokshi deposited rs:20, 500l= (Rupees twenty thousand five hundred only) in the atm machine at dahanukarwadi branch, vora colony, kandivli west, mumbai-400067 at 9.45 p. M today[protected]
              The denomination was rs2000*10 notes and rs500*1 note.
              After it showed the right account number and name i put the money in the tray.
              There was a sound of counting and then a message propped up saying that the account is invalid. I did not get the receipt also.

              Now i am going to lodge a police complaint too.

I have not received the tracker id so far through SMS. when tried to register again iam getting the information that the registration is still pending. kindly settle the issue immediately
              I deposited money in one account of my known one twice i entered the account number in e corner machine and the system did not shown me the account name of the account number which in all the cash depositing machine does..i deposited 10000 and found that it gone to some other account..such a bad experience with United Bank of India..What could me done next to get back my money??please advise

                I did transaction through upi android app, and it was debited 21st april 2017 (Friday) 05:52 pm. But not credited the money to my other sbi account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website, but not getting any response. Even i talked to call center people. They told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."

                In union bank upi app, the history of transaction not show & no option to submit complaint.

                I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common man's problem. Else, i would have to twit to #pmo #rbi #unionbankofindia, will be my last option along with all attached proof.

                  My father has taken gold loan. By 7 % interest from ubi. Ubi has policy/ scheme that if pay return all loan within 1 year. You will be charged interest by 4 % and amount of interest remaining 3 % will refund in your account. Other user having same type loan has benefit of this policy and they have received 3 % interest amount on their account. But in our case we didn't received any amt. We had contacted our local branch of baramati from which we have taken gold loan, but no response from their side and answered as they dont wanted to help us. We have given written aplication/ complaint in branch but still no use.

                    On 27th october 2016, I tried paying an amount of 8995rs using my union bank debit card. After the bank showed a failed transaction, I used my card again. Later on checking my balance I noticed that the amount has been deducted two times. I informed bank about the same on 7th November 2016, I have been to the bank several types, but still up to the date of writing the issue has been not resolved.

Employee name rajesh gupta had miss behaved and use bad language toward me and ur customer specially toward women. People stand more than 4 hrs for withdraw their own money. When i told this to manger he regret and scold me. I think manager has known all the things but he couldn't do any thing. Most o[censored]r employee not doing any work at working hours. They just celebrate gala time at the bank
                      Bad thing is that because o[censored]r bad employee, spoiling name and status o[censored]r bank day by day. Now i want to close my account in ur bank only because o[censored]r employees and manager. I have many relative friends and other who have account in ur bank.
                      I m retaired government employee and have diabetic patient. I m unable to stand in bank line for withdraw my money.
                      So plz do any thing or i will closed my account in ur barbarian bank

                        I would like to put my complaint regarding automatic withdrawn of rs.22, 000 amount from my bank account although i didn`t withdrew it from my atm dated[protected] as i’m in out of country with my atm card. I got sms on my mobile “your debit card swipe and cash withdrawn from your account” (May be your system error), below i have given the details of cash withdrawn on this application and i hope my complaint will be resolved soon.

                        I would like to inform you i contect with union bank branch manager but they are no respons for my money, and alsow i contect with 24/7 custemer no. That person advoice me send e-mail to rbi. When i call to custemercare he always promiss me this week your money refund your account but till now not refund my detection money i request you please take a action as a soon as a possible,

                        Many time i send e-mail about my amount but i did't get any reply from your side and bank side, please take a action as a soon as a possible.

                            While installing UBI APP on Android mobile massage charge deducted which is totally rubbish it should either by OTP or by automatic confirmation if am using the same no. For my bank account thats why Install it Immediately kindly resolved such issue and authentication of such app available at Google play store it also ask ATM pin and card detail which is totally wrong practice do something needful thanks.

                                  I did transaction of RS.4000 through UPI android app on 15 March 2017 22:16 PM.
                                  Transaction status was showing failed but amount of RS 4000 debited from account and not credited in other account.
                                  I contacted customer care they "no service for UPI transaction issues", so
                                  Next day I contacted my branch manager for refund...

                                  With great pain am writing that i tried paying my son's kv fee through ubi site initially through credit card from abroad but it was not accepted for next ten tries... And then we tried through hdfc bank payment and it was initially showing pending transaction and then later after 3 days it shows as the fee is not paid.

                                  Now the fines are added to the fee on daily basis and it becomes impossible to pay the fees when abroad.

                                  Secondly, the class my son is studying, shown in the site is wrong.

                                  The site needs to improve much to accept the daily demands so as to enable facilitating easy pay either locally or through internationally.

                                    On 16th of march i made hp gas online booking using union bank netbanking option. But i got a message stating that payment has failed due to internal processing error. So i made one more transaction which was successful.
                                    Unfortunately money got debited twice from my account. It's been a month still i didn't my money refunded. Please look into it and do the needful. Please find my details below:

                                      On 5/01/17 the sum of 1100 x 2 times debited while swiping of my debit card with deepak iyer, but amount is not credited to the person, till now i complained with union bank n also customer care complaint no 19823336 date 06/01/17 n time 2.45 pm. Total amount has to be credit to my accoun is rs 2200,

                                      Please transfer the amount as soon as possible.
