I was to receive a refund from from Amazon for Rs. 1214. I made the payment on 12th of February & they initiated the refund on 21st of feb 2017. The amount yet hasn't been credited back to my account. Amazon says that the proceedings has been done on their side & the bank needs to recheck the refund if it is stuck somewhere. They provided me the reference number for the transaction aswell. (The refund details are: Authorization code for sale transaction 297570
Refund Reference # 74332747052705194391091). Kindly look into it & help me get my money back.

    I kindly request you to look upon my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible.
    i was paying my flight fees through debit card o[censored]nion bank but the ticket did not get booked infact i got an error message saying "payment didn't work"
    and when i checked my account balance 40, 000rs from my account were being deducted.
    i wish to get my deducted amount back as soon as possible.

    We are using u mobile app for cashless transaction, but since last 15 days we are facing problem with updated app which we have downloaded from app store. With new downloaded app we are unable to login. Error like technical problems, time problem is coming. Whether you people going to sort out these issues immediately.

      Respected Sir/Madm,
      With due respect, I beg to state that, my wife Smt. Aparna Singha have a bank account no. [protected] maintained with Union Bank of India, at Ranidanga Branch, District Darjeeling, State West Bengal . “A Government cheque of Rs.54, 224/- Cheque no. 219640 dated 01.11.2016 which was issued by the Post Master (Grade-I), Islampur-733202, Uttar Dinajpur, deposited into the bank as on 06.12.2016 (within the validation period of the cheque)”, but till 21.02.2017 the amount has not been credited by the bank, I was communicated with the branch manager about this matter he told me that the cheque has been send for clearance and after that the cheque could not be trace, he tried to find it. On 21.02.2017 the bank returned the cheque to me with the reason of “wrongly delivered/not drawn on us” (copy enclosed) after the expiry of the validation date of the cheque, and said that i have to re-valid the cheque from the issuing authority and then re-deposited the same into the Islampur Branch, I am residing at Vill+P.O. Ranidanga, Dist. Darjeeling, West Bengal, I am a daily wage worker (copy enclosed), i have a 03 years old son, all formalities to give him school in this session has been done (Admission Form enclosed) which is totally depend on this amount, now what should we do, is my wife responsible for this situation, is it my wife’s fault, who are responsible for this, why the situation is coming to re-validation the cheque which was deposited within the validation period, now another serious problem is arising for me that how many days will take for re-valid the cheque, how much daily wages I am going to loose due to travelling expenses for re-validation purpose {up-down Rs.220/-(approx) per head, whereas my earnings is Rs.305/- per day}, will my wife get the accrued interest from the date of cheque deposit i.e. from 06.12.2016.
      I, therefore, request you if you kindly take helpful and necessary action i will be very obliged.

          I did a Transaction of 4000 rupees yesterday on 21 Feb 2017 from [protected](own A/C) to [protected](Benefeciary) this account number by BHIM app. Transaction was failed and Payment Was not Received by Benefeciary but the 4000 rupees amount is Debeted from my Account.
          I was told to wait for 24 hours and the costomer care executive is not good enough to help.

          The costumer care survice is always BUSY or tell me to Ask benefeciery. Benefeciary has the account in Same bank branch, when he calles costumer care executive. They tell them to ask ME about the problem from my side. If there is no problem from Both the sides then Where is the money Gone?????
          A transaction was made to fund my account and i didnt received the ammount and also they have provided me with autorisation code - 449792 and reference id is 74332747046704503410550

            I have my saving a/c in union bank Jawa Rewa M.p. inspire of depositing my live certificate to the bank twice I am not receiving my pension since may 2015. I had a talk to bank employees many times regarding this but no results till now.
            I got retired from veterinary department from sirmaur rewa M.P. as assist. Veterinary field officer. I don't know where it is stuck.
            So please help me and guide me what to do next.

But unfortunately due to some issues the transaction was failed and I got the same message that "The transaction was not successful". But the money was debited from the account. Don't know how could this happen even if the transaction is failed? Please do let me know whether I get the refund for sure.

                      I have withdrawn ₹4000 from Union Bank ATM near Bhumkar Chowk, Pune. ATM machine has withdrawn 2 notes of ₹2000, but one note of it has written 20, 000 with pen. Now no-one is ready to accept that note.

                      Please suggest whom should I report this issue. What I believe is, this is bank fault if they are accepting such notes.

                          I have saving bank a/c no.[protected] with Union Bank of India, GBP Colony, Derabassi.I made on line payment of of Rs.19725/- of my Kotak Bank Credit Card No.[protected] on 02.02.2017 th.billdesk vide txn ref.no.HUBI[protected].
                          Kotak Mahindra Bank confirm that the said payment is not so far received.
                          Customer care Billdesk confirmed through mail dated 16.02.17 maid ID [protected]@billdesk.com as well as on telephone Mr.Rahul Kote confirmed that the transation was failed.So, contact to your bank.
                          Mr.Anshul BM, UBI GBP Colony confirmed that payment is not so far returned to UBI.
                          Due to all this there is not only financial loss, mentally harassment and physical harassment but also loss of reputation as Kotak Bank report to CIBIL for non payment.

                          It is requested to look into the matter and either credit amount in my Credit card a/c or reverse the same in my SB a/c.
                          It is also requested for compensating me for financial loss, mentally and physical harassment and loss of reputation.

                            As mentioned i am having a locker in Dhule Main Branch and i paid the rent of locker till 2019 still the bank as sealed my locker and deducted the amount of Rs. 1121 as rent of locker from my saving account on 27/10/2014. even after repeated applications in bank no action as been taken till date to give the excess amount of Rs.1121 . so i kindly request you give the amount.

                              I did transaction through UPI android app, and it was debited 10th feb 2017 06:19 PM.but not credited the money to my friends account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website, but not getting any response. Even I talked ten times to call center people. once they told "you will get money within 48 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]PI transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app...

                              On 29-jan-2017 I made a transaction of 10000 ₹ Ref.no[protected] using Empower UPI application (canara banks UPI app) pay by account number and IFSC code and the transaction failed amount from my account got debited and I raised complaint against it on the app almost immediately but no response from them, it has been 16days and still didn't get my money refunded

                                    I opened website of "study iq" on 27/01/2017 for booking an educational pendrive. Payment is to be made through "paytm". On selecting paytm i choose payment option "internet banking", then paid rs.7000/-. Meanwhile order got cancelled and no order no generated. Beneficiary had not received any amount.
                                    I lodged complaint no 20265800 dt 28/01/2017. I was told to wait for 7 working days. I again contacted on 08/02/2017, then i was told that your verbal complaint had been lodged and wait for another 3 working days and contact on 13/02/2017.
                                    Sir, i could not understand the following points:-

                                    1. When i lodged complaint online to e-banking deptt. I received reply contact on phone no of e-banking deptt. Why i should contact on phone, and my complaint was not lodged.

                                    2. On contacting on 08/02/2017 it was told that my complaint was lodged verbal. Why it was verbal? what was my fault?

                                    3.Why till date redressal not done.

                                      I'm steel not getting my many. I'm doing Airtel dish tv recharge on paytm for 300 Rs but it's debited three times more ie 900 Rs extra . I report to the bank and after that he said we forward the mail online to union bank of India. But it's not working yet, and the bank manager said I'm not doing any thing of this matter. So I said please give me a writing this statement he said no I'm not do this and not behave. properly so i request please focus on my problem and return my money as possible.
