Hello Sir/Madam,

Myself Preetusha Mohan Patne, Educational LOAN holder at union bank of India, Gulbarga branch. I have applied for international educational LOAN at union bank in june 2015, i am doing my masters at San Jose State University, San Jose, California, 95110. Gulbarga branch office tortures us before transferring my tuition amount to my college as well as troubles us to core before transferring the living expense to us.Is there any way to figure out how to end this #### we are put into each time during my fee payment! Kindly provide me contact number of the higher authorities so that i can find out a way.

    Dear respected sir/madam
    I Kamlesh have an account in union bank of india
    My a/c no is [protected]
    with the same name.
    I was transferring 10000 from my account to my paytm wallet on 25 december 2016 but unfortunately it got cancelled.Then i tried again with 10000 but that too get cancelled. I get a messege from paytm that they did'nt recieve the amount and if the money is debited from your account then the bank would refund it in 7 working days.And after 10 minutes i receive 2 messeges from bank that 20000 rupees has been debited from your account. Then i wait for 7 days but the money was not refunded by the bank so i contact the customer care no on 4 january 2017 they told me that you have to wait for 14 working days they also give me 2 complaint no regarding this 19778412 and 19778427. So i wait for 14 days but the money was not refunded so i call them again on 19 january 2017 and they are saying that we will again register your complaint and you have to wait for another 3 days they give me a complaint no 20084091 but now i dont know whether they will help me or not. So i am requesting you to please look in this matter 20000 is a very big amount for middle class people. I am looking forward for your reply as soon as possible.My contact no is [protected]

    I just tried to reserve a ticket in irctc using my union bank debit card, but I got a message saying that your bank denied that transaction and reservation was failed.But I loose the cash from my account.How can I retrieve my cash.

      Then I'm do complaint branch manager but not any response .
      Mr Dhanjay rathod clerk told me tum salo log bahar Se aakar khata kholkar hum logo ko preshan karto ho hum log local hai bahar miloge to marenge. Then one policeman suddenly come in branch after my work is done.

        On25th dec2016 I had tried to credit my pay TM wallet amount with1400, only 500rs credited in my wallet but 900 rs could not credited but debited by ur bank.so I submitted online complaint and offenly contact with branch and customer service centre. Unlless u credit with in 2 days in my account, I will go to consumer forum.and reveal on social site

          My name is Ajal Puri Rana.I opened my union bank account from Delhi.Currently I am working in bangalore.I lost my registered mobile number so I requested the branch in bangalore to update it with my new number.The bangalore branch told me that they can not do it from here and that the updation of my registered mobile number with my new number can be done through my delhi branch only.
          So, I called my main delhi main branch.On calling my main brainch, they told me to take a form from the bangalore branch regarding the change of my mobile number, attach my id proof along with it and send it through courier to my delhi main branch address.As told by my delhi main branch, I sent a courier to them but still no action has been taken by them till now.On calling my delhi main branch today regarding my query, the staff of the delhi branch talked to me in a very rude way.So I request the union bank senior advisors to take some action regarding my query.

            Branch manager (Vijay sir) of surat textile market branch abuses with wrong words.
            Since 6 months we are facing this problem.
            Our demand draft has been misplaced by the post courier faculty for which we had asked the bank for stop payment but we are not getting any help from bank.

              To whome so ever it is concerned, i am holding 7 accounts in ubi bhandup branch, the manager over there has literally harassed me to take some new policies n been calling me from the bank several times and when i said i dont need it anymore, he started sending my person back not letting him withdraw any money from the bank, its really dis hartning to get such kind of behaviour, my mom was hospitalised i couldnt make it to the bank and i was in urgent need of it, just because i did not take the policy from him he is really ill treating me please request you to kindly look in te matter, today also when i went to the bank he started using abusive language and yelling, it has really been the 1st time i have come across such person and so as i have been holding account in ubi since more than 15years unfortunaletly wil be shutting it and moving it to the other branch, there are many clients facing the same problem and so are the staff working there tortured every1 there just have 1 word to say he is a womenizer, please look into the matter at the earliest

                      I was transferring 5000 into PNB by using paytm wallet with union bank debit card but unfortunately i haven't received any amount in my Paytm wallet or in PNB account but 5000 detected to my union bank account. then i submit complaint regarding it on 8 jan your customer care number. they told me top refund all amount with in 7 working days . but its 17 january today and i haven't got any refund amount. my complaint number is 19890175

                        Dear sir, i have a account in UBI bikaner vyas colony branch, i have joint account name rekha rani gupta with divya kumar gupta. i haven't transact any money from much time, and my account has been freeze so i can't use my account till i verify my documents.
                        i am unable to verify my documents because i do job a in jaipur and nobody lives their to verify my document so plz kindly open my account to deposit at least any money in account.

                        I had paid kV fee for the period Jan to mar 2017 for my daughters Miss suprava priyadarshini kv ID [protected] and Miss dipika sahu ID No [protected] both studying in kV no 1 roorkee. Theere is difficulties to print receipt. It seems that the BANK has not updated the record of kV fee payment for 2016-17. Kindly confirm the payments.

                              I have opened a S/B A/C No. [protected] in the UBI, SIKAR ROAD BRANCH, JAIPUR (RAJ.). Rs. 1000/- had been deposited on 7.1.2017. But I regret to say that today when I have visited to the the Bank for getting the Debit cards etc, I have been replied that your A/C has still not been opened and it will take some more time ( may be months ).
                              I am shocked to hear such type of reply by the officers of the Sikar road Branch. It is clearly a case of carelessness & painful and against the dignity of your Bank.
                              Kindly look into the matter and necessary actions should be taken against the culprits.

Again I went to bank on 13 Jan 2017 for requesting the same. They told ok, but still not updated my e-mail Id. I went there many times and noticed Bank staff behavior was unfair and rude.

                                    I Sunil Manohar Bhirud, have an Saving account with Union Bank of India, Bhusawal branch with A/C No [protected] .
                                    I had made online transaction of Rs 19100 /- on 23 dec 2016 for payment of Earnest Money deposit to Thermal power station Bhusawal Portor,
                                    But the transaction get failed & amount of Rs 19100 /- has been get deducted from my account .
                                    I wait for three to four days for Refund of Money in may account .
                                    Then I had complaint about these matter in Branch, But they have told that i have to make inline complaint on Mobile No = [protected] .
                                    I have made complaint about above matter to above customer care no & have registered complaint no 19594575 .
                                    Now in between whenever I asked about my complaint on above phone no i get reply that, within 3-4 days you will get refund in your account .
                                    But as today at 2.00 Clock I called to this no i get reply that Money Rs 19100/- has been get refunded to marchent Name L3365 ID 180237 & bank reference 56154080 on 26 Dec 2016 .

                                    Now I want to know that in which account this amount is refunded & why it has not refunded in my account .
                                    Which was the procedure to get return my Money .

                                    please reply and give us proper guideline as foe net banking transaction branch regullery pointing out to call at customer complaint No .

                                      my self sudhakar kumar ojha i have an account in union bank of india at branch bawal Dist.-Rewari(H.R)
                                      my account number is A/C NO [protected] with the same name.
                                      I was transferring 5000 amount into PAYTM wallet by debit card but unfortunately i haven't received any amount on my Paytm wallet but 5000 detected to my account. then i submit complaint regarding it on 27 dec your customer care number. they told me top refund all amount with in 7 working days . but its 11 january today and i haven't got any refund amount.
                                      So i request to you please look in to the matter and do needful. i will be very thankful to you.

                                      Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Sir, on 9-jan-2017 in noon i booked two rail tickets from BHS to NZM AC III by train no.12155, one in senior citizen znd another in non senior, amount of Rs.1630 was deducted from my account ATM card[protected], vide tr.ID no.[protected] but tickets was not booked please refund this amount to my account.
                                      CITRUS DIGIPURSE - Fraudulent debit

                                      On 8th morning 5:45 AM from my account 5000 has been transfered to PUR/CITRUS PAY-DIGIPURSE/CHE/CITRUS PAY-DIGIPURSE. Seq no 502672
                                      request you to look into this and provide the details required to get back my money.
                                      same way 5:41 am from my account 4000 has been transfered to oxigen wallet.
