Sir, I tryied to withdrawl amount of Rs. 1000/-by A.T.M on 07/10/16 of ICICI bank Behat.but i do not recieve any amount.Sir, I went to my branch and tel about my problem to the MANAGER.He give me a toll free no.to registered my complent.[protected].I gave a written complent to the MANAGER also but after three months my laps amount do not recieved till today.please solve my problem and refund my said amount. THANKING YOU.

I SAJJAD S/o SATTAR has an account No.[protected] in BEHAT BRANCH.Sir on 07/10/2016 I wanted to withdraw 1000 Rs.From the ICICI BANK ATM IN BAHAT.But i did not recieve the amount.I went to UBI Branch BEHAT and told to the Manager about the matter.The manager give me a [protected] and said to ragistered the commplant.Sir After three months niether my problem has solved nor refund my laped amount of 10000/-Rs.Please Sir refund my said amount.     Dear respected sir/madam
    my deepika golya i have an account in union bank of india
    my account number is [protected]
    with the same name.
    I was transferring 5000 into PNB by using paytm wallet with union bank debit card but unfortunately i haven't received any amount in my Paytm wallet or in PNB account but 5000 detected to my union bank account. then i submit complaint regarding it on 8 jan your customer care number. they told me top refund all amount with in 7 working days . but its 17 january today and i haven't got any refund amount. my complaint number is 19890175
    So i request to you please solve this issue earlier.

      Dear sir, i have a account in UBI bikaner vyas colony branch, i have joint account name rekha rani gupta with divya kumar gupta. i haven't transact any money from much time, and my account has been freeze so i can't use my account till i verify my documents.
      i am unable to verify my documents because i do job a in jaipur and nobody lives their to verify my document so plz kindly open my account to deposit at least any money in account.
      Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I had paid kV fee for the period Jan to mar 2017 for my daughters Miss suprava priyadarshini kv ID [protected] and Miss dipika sahu ID No [protected] both studying in kV no 1 roorkee. Theere is difficulties to print receipt. It seems that the BANK has not updated the record of kV fee payment for 2016-17. Kindly confirm the payments.

            Dear sir,
            I have opened a S/B A/C No. [protected] in the UBI, SIKAR ROAD BRANCH, JAIPUR (RAJ.). Rs. 1000/- had been deposited on 7.1.2017. But I regret to say that today when I have visited to the the Bank for getting the Debit cards etc, I have been replied that your A/C has still not been opened and it will take some more time ( may be months ).
            I am shocked to hear such type of reply by the officers of the Sikar road Branch. It is clearly a case of carelessness & painful and against the dignity of your Bank.
            Kindly look into the matter and necessary actions should be taken against the culprits.

                My self prakash m vavadiya, and I have saving accounts in your bank last 30 months, and I have also taken home loan from your bank,

                I have taken home loan from your bank of Rs. 10 lakhs, before few days i was applied for top up, all documents was completed and ready for disburse, but your bank was told to me for done mortgage, but whenever I was taken loan from you that time I was done mortgage, so I was told your bank to show me all documents of my property but your bank have no mortgage which done by me in past,
                And bank told me that you will done new mortgage for top up but which was already given to your bank
                This process already taken 45 days and bank officer not given any proper guidance

                  I(Vishwavijay Kr SB A/C No: [protected]) had submitted KYC form to Union bank(dist: khagaria branch, Bihar) for updating my e-mail Id on 11 Jan 2017. Again I went to bank on 13 Jan 2017 for requesting the same. They told ok, but still not updated my e-mail Id. I went there many times and noticed Bank staff behavior was unfair and rude.

                  I Sunil Manohar Bhirud, have an Saving account with Union Bank of India, Bhusawal branch with A/C No [protected] .
                  I had made online transaction of Rs 19100 /- on 23 dec 2016 for payment of Earnest Money deposit to Thermal power station Bhusawal Portor,
                  But the transaction get failed & amount of Rs 19100 /- has been get deducted from my account .
                  I wait for three to four days for Refund of Money in may account .
                  Then I had complaint about these matter in Branch, But they have told that i have to make inline complaint on Mobile No = [protected] .
                  I have made complaint about above matter to above customer care no & have registered complaint no 19594575 .
                  Now in between whenever I asked about my complaint on above phone no i get reply that, within 3-4 days you will get refund in your account .
                  But as today at 2.00 Clock I called to this no i get reply that Money Rs 19100/- has been get refunded to marchent Name L3365 ID 180237 & bank reference 56154080 on 26 Dec 2016 .

                  Now I want to know that in which account this amount is refunded & why it has not refunded in my account .
                  Which was the procedure to get return my Money .

                  please reply and give us proper guideline as foe net banking transaction branch regullery pointing out to call at customer complaint No .

                  I have made complaint about refund of Non credit amount,
                  at 2.45 today
                  I have got call from mobile no [protected] within 10-15 min on which person read my complaint & asking me about my debit card information
                  As i refused to give this information he asked me that i will not get any refund of money,
                  From above i want to get clarification that is These no is o[censored]nion bank of india representative & if not how the complaint information reached to him

                    Sir, on 9-jan-2017 in noon i booked two rail tickets from BHS to NZM AC III by train no.12155, one in senior citizen znd another in non senior, amount of Rs.1630 was deducted from my account ATM card[protected], vide tr.ID no.[protected] but tickets was not booked please refund this amount to my account.

                      It's very sad to see that our Nationalised bank is doing such a mischievous activity with their customer.I was adding money to my Paytm wallet the transaction goes fail but in the next day morning the Amount of Rs3000 has been deducted from my bank stating Paytm wallet in the Statement as the transaction was failed at that time.After Deduction of Rs 3000 from my bank account.The account get not credited into my Paytm wallet.I have contacted my bank for the same and asked them to log a complaint in order to get my money back.There's no response from the bank yet, even i have tried Mailing CGO o[censored]BI but no necessary action has been taken yet.The money has not been credited back into my account yet.It's been almost 1 Month now.The customer executive are misbehaving and not taking the complaint.It's my kind request to UBI to check for the same or else Strict action would be taken Against UBI.I may go with the judicial enquiry for the same if required.

                            Sir as My telephonic conversation with customer care Executive for otp on my register mobile Number. She replied wait ur otp will be generated in evening this rude behaviour by customer care Executive will not be tolerated.when ever I book tickets online through my credit card it get blocked and shows authentication code have been blocked by union bank of india its vulnerable if authorised card holder have to call customer care Executive every time. If it's happened every time what is the need of carring credit card. Kindly do needful help .

                                I had paid rs. 2400/- on 7/1/2017 through sbi debit card for my son sk sohel mondal, student of kv dum dum of, id [protected], dob - 13/3/2003. But payment history not showing the successful payment and not printing any payment receipt. But my sbi bank account statement shows deduction of rs. 2400/- on 7/1/2017.

                                    I have made payment of the fees for id number [protected]on 3rd January 2017 and the transaction code was hupg[protected] and another scroll generated was[protected] . On TRYING TO TAKE OUT THE PRINT THE MESSAGE SUGGESTS THAT NO FEES IS PAID IF THE INFORMATION IS NOT CORRECTED IN 24 HOURS I WOULD SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO BANKING OMBUDSMANN FOR MENTAL HARRASSMENT
