I was withdrawal amount in union bank of India but i gon't get cash but amount debited in my account i was give the complaint 4th April 2016 till now also no response the complaint no 15383211...

Opted for payment of mobile recharge through u-mobile on 13/04/2016 a sum of rs.720 has been debited and not received by the beneficiary txn id[protected] status shows still in progress.Please arrange to reverse the amount if not able to transfer to the beneficiary
Beneficiary is vodafone amount rs.720.00 date of txn 13/06/2016

K V fees receipt for[protected] not getting generated and on clicking the "Print Receipt" option we are getting the message "Either you have not paid fees till now or no record found". the receipt is very important for us as we have to submit for student' s scholarship claims.

After paying the fee through ICIC debit card to the union bank of india, when I was not able to print the receipt, I have asked on the site [protected]@unionbankofindia.com after that I immediately recieved a call from an agent who was telling that he was from union bank of india and asked me all the details about my debit card saying that he will return the fee to my account...

I have requested for recharge of rs.50 to the mobile no. [protected] on 09/04/2016 12:41 pm through union bank of india mobile app. Amount deducted from my account but not credited in the given mobile number. I have contacted bsnl customer care and they told to submit a complaint to the bank. Currently i'm in uae and i recharged from here. Please solve the issua and also please confirm no further issues may...

Pls guide me to the steps to be followed to get a print of the said matter as I'm unable to take a print. Previous year it did not give any trouble while printing but this year this is ambiguous. Pls take the necessary steps to make the print easy accessible for anyone.

my name is krishna kant gupta . i am a customer of darjeeling branch . today 5/04/2016 i was making transaction from IDBI atm counter siliguri . when i have entered my pin detail to withdraw an amount of 6000 the transaction was automatically cancelled and i dint get the amount .so i make a second attempt to withdraw the money and again entered my pin detail and i got money 6000.but the amount was deducted twice from the account...

Today i used your atm branch(Union bank of india bhumkar nagar - pune maharashtra).

I hadn't received my refund done by jabong on[protected]. i sent them e-mail regarding this then they provided me with an e-mail "[protected]@unionbankofindia" and told me to send the refund reference number to them. i did exactly told by jabong but i didn't got any response from union bank. Jabong had provided me with transaction id between them and payment gateway. they are stating this refund issue your bank's fault and now i am trying to contact...

In ur KAMERI BRANCH in KOLHAPUR RO, only 2 people working, no cashier available since last one year.
Because of lack of staff.
We didnt get good service.
In KOLHAPUR RO no branch having 5 hour cash transiction....

While depositing KYC form, I've submitted my mobile no. and email id. But it's not updated, as it's now mentioned while registering for internet banking. My account is in Puri branch, Odisha and I'm out of Puri, but transaction is urgent. So is there any email contact, I can mail you details to update ?...

I have tried to book train ticket using Union Bank of India-Rupay card. The transaction failed and the money got debited. Two months passed still the money is not credited back to my Rupay card. I have wrote several mails to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com, but no reply.

I would like to inform u that i have visited union bank of india karimuddaminpur, district.. ghazipur up. Branch... about new account opening oo my wife.. but when i told about form they answerd me not available.. when i complaint to branch maneger he did not entertain and also misbehaved with me...

I have requested to your Borivali (w) branch (SV Rd, Jaya Talkies) for a cheque book for my above SB A/C on 18.2.2016, which I still have not received. I went to the branch on 26.2.16 to enquire about the cheque book, and they told me non-receipt of the cheque book by them.
