I have paid rs.1800/- for my ward (Id: [protected], date of birth: 28/05/2008) online through sbi debit card on 02/04/16 and got message from sbi that successfully paid rs. 1800/- for kenriya vidyalaya but while going to take print receipt it is shown that "either you have not paid fees or no record found". School record shows i have paid fees for first quarter. I have mailed to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but no reply received. I therefore request you to solve the problem so that we can submit the receipt for reimbursement in time.

    I had availed furniture loan on 14.10.2009 for Rs75000.00, which interest free and will be recovered within ten years @10% I am retired on 28.2.2015.Recovery was made up Mar2015.
    Thereafter entire amount of Rs37500.00 was recovered without my consent.
    The matter was represented with KALYAN Branch but the branch was not acting on my letter and lastly conveyed to me to go to CO and sort out the matter, which is totally wrong. The matter is handed over to Ombudsman and till date NO REPLY.
    Kindly take up the matter with Branch and refund the amount of Rs11750.00.
    The matter is pending with the branch for last ten months.
    If i do not get reply within fifteen days, the matter will be reported to Consumer Grievances dept, Thane for refund and penalty of Rs10000.00

      I made a online transaction of rupees 500 through net banking, to transfer my money to PAYTM on April 5 2016, but it wasn't successful as I have entered my transaction password 3 times wrong consecutively.

      Again next day I added 500 rupees to my Paytm wallet through net banking and it was successful.

      The money was detected both the times.

      I already complained about this to customer care on April 10 2016 at around 3.15 pm. I don't remember the representative name and she didn't provide me any reference number.

      She said that within 7 days I will get my money back into my account. I didn't receive my money till now.

      If the transaction is not even successful then how can you deduct my money from my bank account.

      Please, deposit my money back into my account as soon as possible.

When i transfor money from own account to third party account. Transaction details - please select debit account. When i click debit account my account number not arrived. I already register third party a/c no in my above mention a/c. When i select credit account than third party account number arrived. When i transfor money massage arrrive please select debit account.

        Please solve my problem.

                I had applied for an education loan for pursuing an mba from mdi (Management development institute), gurgaon.

                I had applied for a loan at the branch (Union bank of india, union loan point, first floor, bestech mall, opp hong kong bazaar, sector 57, gurgaon 122003) for the fee amount but the loan was rejected on the account of a poor cibil score of my parents.

                The reason for a poor cibil score that, that my father suffered huge losses in business due to which some loans were settled and/or written off. On asking for loan rejection letter from the concerned person, he said that they did not complete the loan process on account of bad cibil.

                I request you to reconsider my application as the liability of repayment of loan falls in my hands and not in my parents.

                      I made transaction using this stupid irctc prepaid card on 31st jan amounting to 527.90 which got failed and i never got the refund back into my prepaid card for that failure till date 3 months now.

                      Also i made two transactions on 1st may amounting to 522.90 of which one got failed and the other got success. But i never got the refund money back into my prepaid account for the first failure.

                      I have mailed them on [protected]@unionbankofindia.com. The stupid customer card care does understand the query and keep replying send us screen shot of cancellation of ticket. I explained the person in layman language that it is a refund against transaction failure and not cancellation.

                          Dear union bank of india,
                          Greetings of the day

                          With due respect, i beg to say that myself aashutosh sharma (Account no. [protected], atm card no. [protected]) tried to make a purchase of movie ticket on “book my show” website on may 7, 2016. The payment was unsuccessful on their website but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I tried four times to make the payment. All the four time, the payment was unsuccessful on their website but the sum of rs. 581.7 deducted from my account each time. So total rs. 2326.8 dedcuted from my bank account for no reason.

                          I also called their customer care point, they were saying that the amount were not claimed by them so i should contact to my bank.

                          I tried to contact and written to union bank of india support many times but they never replied.

                          It is my humble request that kindly check the issue and refund me the amount (581.7 x 4 = rs. 2326.8) that has been deducted from my account for no reason. I hope to get a swift response from you.

                            I request you to look into the matter that on date 09/02/2016 at approx 4:30pm in Durgakund Varanasi at union bank ATM .I was just type pin code for withdrawal money but do not work withdrawal button and then I pressed the cancel button 1-2 times and then after some times a message arrived in my phone informing me that an amount of 5000/- has been debited from my account. I complaint about the situation in the same bank in Varanasi branch at the next day and also in customer care on date 9/2/2016 I complaint them again . Then after few day complaint in my branch at Sikanderpur Ballia and gave a letter to them . the customercare said they will return my amount after seven days i keep trying to complain again and again and on 4/05/2016informed me that my complaint has been cancelled and also informed me to give a letter to the bank so kindly look into the matter and apply necessary action

                              I request you to look into the matter that on date 7/4/2016 at 10:42 am in nallasopara at union bank ATM .I was just checking balance in my AC and then I pressed the cancel button 4-5 times and then after some times a message arrived in my phone informing me that an amount of 8000/- has been debited from my account. I complaint about the situation in the same bank in nallasopara at the same day and also in customer care on date 11/4/2016 I complaint them again . Then on 17/4/16 complaint in my branch at vile parle (e) and gave a letter to them . the customercare said they will return my amount after seven days i keep trying to complain again and again and on 28/4/16 informed me that my complaint has been cancelled and also informed me to give a letter to the bank so kindly look into the matter and apply necessary action.
                              Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                Sir maine FD karwayi thi April 2015 ko 150000 ki or mujhe kaha gya tha ki April 2016 me 163214 rupees mileage..but abhi mere 1010 rupees cut kar liye ...ye bolke ki tds kata hai kyonki apne form nahi bhara tha..lekin mujhe phle nahi bataya is bare me...ki form bharna padega..is me meri koi galti nahi ye bank walo ka fault hai..plz. Mere 1000 rupees wapis kare plz...jaldi solve kare complaint...

                                  Sir i deposited the fee i'd [protected] but when i try to take print the message show no record found. Then again i try to deposit the fee the message show fee already pay. Even i unable to generate the challen. I can't understand what to do please help

                                    Did not get fee receipt after deducting amount

                                    I had paid my brother's kv school fees through online by obc visa debit card, amount of rs. 2400 is debited frm my account as per fees, but i am unable to print fee slip. Whenever i go to take print for reciept it shows authentication at bank ia invalid, or if you are not paid or no record is aviliable. But i have balance deduction msg. School is asking for reciept. Please reply my quick sir..

                                    I am too frustrated trying to make payments through the so called IRCTC prepaid RUPAY card. It is disgusting to know that the bank cannot provide a facility but still charges money from the public for free. I have deposited Rs.2000 in this card and could not make a single payment till date. The payment interface just doesn't work. I have patiently waited for 30-40 minutes on at least ten occasions but the damn thing just doesn't work.
                                    I requested that the amount of top up Rs.2000 be refunded as there is no service provided from the bank's end.
                                    But no response has been made by the bank till now.

                                      My account was opened 1 and a half month before and still the debit card is not activated. They said to visit the home branch i visited the branch o 7th april 2016 they told me that your debit card will be activated in next two working days so that means it should have been activated on 9th of april 2016 and today the date is 19th april 2016 and still not the debit card is activated. I cant visit the home branch again and again as it is far from my residence. I need a revert from your'll and i am not going to visit the bank again
