I had applied for IRCTC-UBI Prepaid Card on 06-June-15. PIN has been received via
e. mail on 11.06.2015. But physical card has not yet received. There is no customer care number displayed on the web site to lodge the complaint. I don't know what to do?
Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Respected Sir/Mam, I have paid Rs 3000 fees for my child named Himanshu s/o Mr Hari Singh Yadav student unique id no [protected] of KV No 2 AF Chakeri Kanpur class XI Science for quarter Apr-Jun 2015 on 27 Jun 2015 vide Transaction No DCTR[protected] but when we want to print receipt of paid fees it is showing no records found or no fees paid so this is not acceptable as I have paid fees. You are requested to Deposit the the paid amount in my child fees account & update status to take print of fees receipt.             Sir/Madam, On 22nd June, 2015 I transfered Rs 12999/- to Flipcart (Bill desk[protected] for single time, but I was debited twice from my account.During the 1st time the network was in "HANG"...then I transfered 2nd time.The Flipcart also received the amount for single time. Pl I want to draw your kind attention for the wrong entry...It is already 9 days passed...I have already made a complaint...but did not get any clarification.

So after that I have given FIR & done all formalities in UBI Main Branch, Rajpur Road, Dehradun and requested for the CCTV footage. I have given all schedule Date, Branch, Time, Area, permission letter from area police station etc. to Mr. Sachin & Branch Manager. But now going to be 3 days for that but no any response from UBI Bank. So I requesting to you that if you can help out and cooperate in this case we can caught the culprit, because We have already 2-3 relatives account in your UBI Branch. Its not about the our money.                                         Neither I am getting sms for my transaction nor my mobile sms banking is activated even after registration in Raipur main branch. I am salary account holder in Raipur main branch at Chhattisgarh. Even I call managers many time but each time they have 100 types of as-cues for argument.
