On 12 nov 2019, i used atm of axis bank padari bazar gorakhpur u. P. To withdraw rs.10, 000. I filled all details and atm shows "transaction being processed" but cash did not out from machine and give out my atm card. Again i filled all details to withdraw rs.10, 000 and i get my cash rs.10, 000 but no sms given by bank to me for transaction. After that i go to hdfc atm and got my short statement print then i found my a/c debited with (10, 000+10, 000=20, 000) but i found only 10, 000. Next day i give written and online complaint to my bank but they rejected my complaint on 22 nov2019 without giving any reason to me. After that bank fill a form to atm head and give me response time 30 to 35days but after passing that period no response given to me by bank. After that i file a complaint to rbi ombudsmen but no response is given by rbi till today to solve my problem.

    Dated: 30/01/2020, when i was paying the mpeb through online card, my 6000 rupees was deducted but the transaction was failed. Than i found massage by vm-ipaytm that - dear customer we have initiated a refund of inr 6000 to your union bank of india rupay debit card 6083*0348 for your order - 909281 done on mpez offus vas on 30th january. Time taken to process refund into your account depend on your bank.

      Have make a payment in amazon thrugh my bhim upi which is added whit union bank of india. I ordered a cod item on that time i made this payment thru bhim upi. But the payment was not received and money was deducted from my account after that i made the payment thru cash. And i was waiting for the refund which i made through bhim app. But still today the money has not refunded. I have contacted with amazon but they are saying that particular bhim payment was not completed and union bank of india i informed that the payment has been completed so where is my money.

        I am a saving account holder at union bank of india, branch 2nd PAC sitapur, U.P. My bank account number [protected]. My contact no. [protected]

        Since more than 9 months have been passed but i did't get my refund of Rs. 10, 000. I lodged a complaint at union bank customer care within 3 days from the date of failed transaction and also got the complaint number. I also filled the pre-arbitration but did't get any response. I also visited twice to my home branch(bank) but still not got the solution.

          Urgent necessity of proper Escalation Matrix for Union Bank’s DIT-Powai

          Kind Attention – Mr Ishraq Ali Khan, General Manager DIT- Powai

          Respected Sir,

          Brick-and-mortar branches are still one of the leading sales channels of public sector banks in India. Digital channels are on the rise but a significant percentage of Indian customers still prefer branches for atleast some banking needs. However the bank branch as we know it, with tellers behind windows and bankers huddled across tables is undergoing reinvention. Union Bank of India over the last few years have taken significant steps in this direction. Among them one of the most notable and visible addition is installation of electronic display units or flat-screen televisions at its branches.

          However the ground reality of the actual implementation process across branches is pathetic. The implementing agency M/s OASYS Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd has taken Union bank and its customers for granted. At many branches in Bihar and Jharkhand the TV units have been delivered in broken/shattered condition. It is a common sight to find units with faulty displays been installed by this vendor. Even after repeated communications from branches and regional offices the broken/damaged units are not being replaced. Such is the condition that at some places branch staff had to fetch the TV cartons from the local courier office!! The situation has worsened due to negligence of a few officials at DIT, Powai. Calls from branches are diverted from one number to another and ultimately to local regional office, even though selection of the vendor and payments are all done centrally from DIT, Powai. Neither DIT nor the regional office has advised their local representatives to visit branches to get real status of the implementation.

          Harassment of branch staff are more aggravated due to lack of any functional escalation matrix with contact details of responsible officials from DIT. Branches are not able to timely raise their concern about various issues to the appropriate officials. Vendors and their friends at DIT take full advantage of the situation, merrily bypassing calls and responsibility.

          Almost every Monday morning branch staff and their customers are faced with some rude shock from DIT like PCs getting blocked due to some faulty security patches being deployed or the branch network bandwidth getting choked. Almost in all the cases branches are totally in the dark about whom to contact for quick resolution and restoration of customer services.

          In almost any contemporary corporate setup, organizations prospectively define issues that matter and ensure that an appropriately designed escalation pathway is in place. An issue that matters to branch and its customers should be addressed with a sense o[censored]rgency based on its criticality and it requires prompt notification and escalation to appropriate levels of management. Also impacted branches need to made aware of the ongoing status of any issue including tentative timeline for resolution and point of contact for queries and useful answers.

          In view of the above we sincerely hope that you will quickly intervene to devise a functional incident management process with responsible points of contact for branches o[censored]nion Bank of India. Carefully created escalation processes will definitely help to ensure that unresolved problems don't linger and issues at branches are promptly addressed, minimising the adverse impact on business operations to the satisfaction of branch staff and their valuable customers.

              I was trying to withdraw money of rs.2000rs from union bank of India's ATM date at[protected]
              unfortunately that time electricity or light gone during transaction processing and I got text massage of debited 2000rs. from my account..but I dont get money..I contacted to my branch so they told me to wait till 24hours..

              so I wait till 24hrs but even after 24hours amount not credited so I call the Union bank toll free number and they registered my complain via call regarding this issue..they promised me your issue will be solve within 7days..

              They told me your amount will be credited within 7days..

              But even after 7days nothing happened my issue is still not get resolved..

              so I contacted Consumer Helpline about this issue and they also lodge my complain..

                      Sir,
                      I recently opened my new bank account in union bank of india before a month or so. I generated my green pin for my debit card and has comfortably withdrawn cash from atm. But in case of online banking, i m not being able to set a bhim upi pin as it shows invalid debit card details. I m receiving an otp but at then an error occurs in creating upi pin.
                      Please help.

They don't know about kvs fee payment through union fee pay. They said we only resolve issue regarding union bank. Then i had done fresh payment but the old deducted amount hadn't been refunded. I request u to please refund.

                                    I waited for 24 hours but still the problem is not resolved.
                                    I have also written a mail to them.
                                    And i have also called on their customer care number several times
                                    But they are not giving any response.

                                      1. Branch manager issued dwakra loans without sign and seal of govt higher authorities. (Gowthami self helping group)

                                      2. Documents who submitted by the group leader sd fake for loan, and he issued for 9 members (A group need 10 no's).

                                      3. And he's not responding when we have any grievances he is using unparliamentary languages on ladies.

                                      4. Without an enquiry he is issuing loans,
                                      Without taking photos and 10 members presence, for taking loans

                                      Please take an enquiry in this complaint the group name i mentioned above (Gowthami self help group)

                                        I had taken consumer loan from hdb finance for ac purchase and i gave ecs cheque to hdb finance. First emi start 04.04.2019 but your end not activate ecs then i paid emi amount with interest by cash. I went to home branch bank at mount road and ask them to branch manager about my ecs status.
