My refund from amazon has not been received from a very long period of time that is since month of may for the amount of rupees 2699+2699 that is also debited instead of crediting also the bank is giving unsatisfactory answers and no cooperating at all.. They did not credited the amount in my account and also debited my account with the same amount... When i contacted amazon customer service they gave me the reference no. That is[protected]...

While i put my debit card to withdraw cash at atm of other bank at sarjapur road of bangalore on[protected]atm showed transaction was being processed but no cash was generated but my sb account was debited. I have used union bank atm to withdraw the amount of 20k on the 29 of november...
