I am ananthi account holder at sivaganga branch tamil nadu. I deposited a cheque for 11 lacs and opted for cash withdrawl but the branch manager srinivasan and accountant parameshwaran are not sanctioning the withdrawal they are keep on delaying and not transfering to other account also i have incurred a serious loss due to this delay i request the concerned authority to take action or i would lodge complaint on customer court

      Good morning sir!!!

      This is saleem from union bank of india - pudupalayam bank account holder. Dec 5 amount transfer from kvb bank to my account they receive a message settled and amount also taken from their account but i didn't get a salary amount 14, 000. So i kindly request you to register my request as a complaint and check the server to solve this issue as soon as possible. I have attach a transaction bank code along with this mail and my account details.

      I have already called so much of time to the customer care but there is no proper response kindly check with bank transaction Id wether the amount is transfer with any other account number or transaction not be done

        Hello,

        Hope you are doing good.

        My name is sarfaraz ahmad khan and i am facing an issue with regards to one of my recent transaction via atm.

        I went to union bank of india atm branch 'thatheri bazar' (Saraimeer, azamgarh, uttar pradesh) on 28/11/2017 at 11:21 am (Approx), i did two transactions of rs.10000 each. I never received the cash so i left the atm thinking that there is no cash available in the atm.

        After i left the atm i received the text message saying my account has been debited with rs.20000 at 28/11/2017 11:25 am (Approx).

        I spoke to the customer care and raised a complaint against that so that i can get my refund, as i was not at fault. I received a text message that the complaint is rejected without any resolution, without any proper reason. Reference complaint number: 11632674.

        I request you to kindly please investigate the issue and get the issue sorted for me. This is really very pathetic service from the customer care department they even don't have manners to talk to elders.

        I hope you have all the sms details that are sent to the customers, please check the details and the cctv footage. This is my hard earned money and i hope that you guys will help me to get it back

        Also, i researched on your official website and i found the below mentioned details.

        8.17.4.1 reporting loss / theft / disputed transactions

        We will reimburse amounts wrongly debited in failed atm transactions within the prescribed time limit. For any delay beyond the prescribed time limit, we will pay compensation as prescribed, provided the claim is lodged with us i. E. The atm card issuing bank within 30 days of the transaction.

        In case of disputed atm transactions, we will retain the relevant camera footage till the dispute is settled. Access to such footage will be available only if the dispute is raised within the prescribed preservation period of such records.

        Your response at the earliest will be very appreciated. Can u get it sorted for me as soon as possible.

            Sir i deposit 7500 rs.in my bank account by cash deposit machine on 09/11/2017 cash is accepted by cash deposit machine but the transaction is failed since i do no have to get back my money on my account. Many times i submit application for branch manager but no reply. Is this a banking service or a banking fraud.? Today is 12/12/2017

            What should i do...? Need help to get back my money.

            I contact all india ubi customer center [protected]
            But they always tell to contact branch manager and branch manager is not to resolve the problem.
            I have the transaction failed result with dare and exact time. Please do enquiry by cctv of cash deposit machine.

            Please tell me what should i do to resolve the problem.

            When my transaction is failed as soon as i inform the machine security gaurd.and complain resistered
            I am a regular customer o[censored]nion Bank of India, Sector-O, Aliganj in Lucknow .
            I get my salary from my Swiss Office in US Dollars . My salary has been transferred on the 1st of December 2017 and till date it has been not credited in my account . Mt s/b acc # is [protected] . On enquiring, bank say they have no clue where it is .

                              On 1st of December I have transferred three thousand rupees through UPI app union bank of India into other account but somehow transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my account . I had complaint about it and talked to customer care also but I didn't got any solution and still I have not got my amount back. If possible please help to get me back my money . It's been 7 days still no revert response I have got from union bank side . I m highly disappointed by their services . Kindly help me I accept some solution from yours side . Thanking you

                                My account no is [protected] i use u mobile. But now it is not functioning it showed your account is deactivated/ blocked. I tried to register my complaint in customer care service but even after pressing the desired digit correctly and accurately it is responding that i had not pressed any digit. I had to do an important transaction. I am very much disappointed by the bank services

                                  I did transaction through upi android app, and it was debited 11th november 2017 08:54pm. But not credited the money to my friends account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website, but not getting any response. Even i talked ten times to call center people. Once they told "you will get money within 48 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."

                                  In union bank upi app, there is a page of complaint status, but no option to submit complaint.

                                  Then i send mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com now its over 4 days but not get a single response. Even, i have sent mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com with required app screenshots, but from them also not got a single response.

                                  I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common man's problem. Else, i would have to twit to #pmo #rbi #unionbankofindia, will be my last option along with all attached proof.

                                    I have a issue with a transaction that had taken place on the 30th November 2017,
                                    i was doing an online payment for an e-commerce mobile app (Club Factory) But at that very movement the page refreshed, i had almost completed the transaction. The money is debited from my account but has not reached the online payment portal.

                                    I confirm with the e-commerce customer care, they said it would be refunded within 2-3 days by the bank.
                                    However I have still not received any refund.

                                        I am arun. V, i raised so many times to ubi customer care. But so far no reply about my concern.
                                        I have transferred 5000inr from my credit card to digi purse account on 20/11/2017 (11.41 am). Normally it reflects in digipurse wallet after 24 hours.

                                        But it’s not reflects till now, it crossed more than a week. Kindly re-credit the amount immediately.
                                        Topup amount & rupees & transaction no also shown in wallet, but it not added in balance.
