Sir, I am rituraj prasad, i returned a product to amazon.in but didn't get my refunds in my account yet, i called the amazon costumer executive ant they said that they have initiated my refund of rs 3999 to my account on 31st of january, as it's not reflecting in my account, they provide me a reference no which is[protected] and tell me to contact the bank.
