Union Bank Of India — bhim ubi app transaction failed on 8th january 2019 | |
I did a transaction of 4000 rupees yesterday on 8th january 2019 from own a/c icici bank account by bhim ubi latest app.in the transaction status its been showing failure and the payment was also not received by beneficiary but the 4000 rupees amount is debited from my account. I have used the option amount transfer by a/c no. And ifsc code... But it was failed. I called the customer care but the reply i got was wait for 4-5 days to look into the matter. My simple question is if their is an emergency then what a person will do.. Why not a quick refund in such failed transactions. I'm attaching the screenshots of the bhim ubi app... Details regarding the transaction which will help in a better way.. Please make the refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
