Cash amounting Rs.1500/- not dispensed from Ghora More ATM at 14:26 on 01/08/19 but amount debited from my A/C no-[protected]. I already have lodged a complaint vide no-[protected] dt. 02/08/19 but claim not settled.I gave input of Rs. 5000/- but cash dispensed only Rs.3500/-. Hence I did not receive Rs.1500/-. I lodged a complaint in Union Bank of India customer care after 24 hours.

Dear Grievances Cell, UBI,
Greetings.
This pertains to our Savings Account No. [protected], at Viman Nagar, Pune 411 014, branch.
This morning, 19 Nov '20, at around 09:10 hours, we went to the UBI ATM, in Viman Nagar, Pune, to withdraw money.
After inserting the card, a withdrawal for Rs: 10, 000/- was made. The ATM appeared to behave very erratically, with the green light flashing repeatedly, but a message, "Collect cash" was visible on the screen.
No cash was dispensed!
We kept waiting, thinking that there could be a technical delay in dispensing cash, but nothing happened.
Assuming that all was ok & the amount would not have been debited from my account, I went to the second machine - next to the first machine - to try & withdraw money.
This time I tried to withdraw only Rs: 1, 000/-. Surprisingly, this second ATM machine too, behaved in the same erratic way, like the first machine - the same "Collect cash" message was flashed, but no money was dispensed. I waited for quite some time, thinking that a technical issue could be the cause of non-disbursement of cash & that the cash - Rs: 11, 000/- (a total of Rs: 10, 000/-, the first time from the first machine & then Rs: 1, 000/- from the second machine), would soon be dispensed.
Nothing happened.
Fearing the worst, I went to the UBI branch, Shop No. 11, Viman Prestige, Viman Nagar, to check my Account.
My Passbook showed a total amount of Rs:11, 000/-, debited from my account.
I was shocked!
Checked with the Bank official, who advised me to wait a while, as the amount at times does get 'reversed', but it is 8 pm now & nothing has happened.
As a soldier, who has "given" more, that "getting", I request that this issue be looked into & resolved at the earliest, as Rs: 11, 000/- is a large amount of money for a soldier. It is hard earned money.
I tried contacting the Customer Care No. o[censored]BI, too, but the numbers were just not accessible.
I am attaching the Pass Book page showing the debited amount.
Please do revert at your earliest, so that our faith in the system remains.
