Union Bank Of India — cash retracted transaction | |||||
I have deposited rs. 35, 000/- on 04/10/2017 into an atm machine located at shimpoli road, borivali (West) branch, mumbai. But, unfortunately machine gave me a print stating "cash retracted, inconvenience is regretted. Kindly contact branch" and i did not got credit for the same. I have filed a complain with branch and they asked me to wait till next 10 working days. I was suppose to send this money to my family member due to some medical emergencies at my native place on 05/10/2017. The whole incident was notified immediately without any delay on a very next day of incident. Union bank must resolve such queries on a war edge. Why we should wait for their 10 working day's analysis & auditing as any amount deposited into the bank have some connection with their routine life.
