Union Bank Of India — complaint for branch manager misbehavior/harassment | |||
Sir/madam, I am an account holder in your bank since last 6 years. My saving bank account number is [protected] with the name of smt. Hemlata dubey. I want to bring this to your kind attention that the branch manager in your branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason. They are always busy in their personal gossips and they speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything & they do not provide us right guidance related my banking problem i want tell to you that i want to correction in my husband name in the saving bank account & convert to basic account to general account for more transaction but branch manager told to us that your husband name could not be change, while i talked to other branch manager & discussed to him for changing in the husband name then he told to us that your husband name will be change as per your aadhar card & pan card & no need for affidavit for changing this because aadhar card is a correct & perfect id proof. But my branch manager is not correction my husband name & he is demanding to us affidavit for change the husband name, even after branch manager commitment to us that cannot be changing in your husband name.
